All in all was a good place to stay during the power outage
Pros:

Location was great, pool was great

Cons:

Found a dirty washcloth hanging on top of shower curtain but no huge deal. This morning tho my friends and i went to the pool and a male worker was in there. He had a squirrel gun and he found and was playing around with my kids. But then my kids had enough and kept asking him to stop and he just laughed and kept doing it, pissing them off more. Was just super uncomfortable

Very pleasant. Would stay there again.

I love the location. Room was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed.

Cons:

Another waffle maker on the breakfast buffet would be nice. There was only one for all the guests who wanted to use it. Missed baked goods - muffins, danish.

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

It’s quiet.

Cons:

The room was dirty upon arrival. Luckily I always bring my anti-back wipes and spray. There were fingerprints all over everything and it honestly smelled like someone went to the restroom before we walked in. To be clear I’ve never had this experience with this hotel. I even lived in this hotel for two weeks while I was getting a new apartment and everything was fantastic.

close to to grove city outlets the rm was a nice size

We have stayed in most of the hotels in Grove City. We liked this place the best so far. We would stay here again.
Pros:

Very clean and well maintained. We liked the full size refrigerator and kitchen area. The fitness center was very nice. Breakfast was a real plus.

When I called them regarding the problem they were rude and not helpful.
Pros:

Handy to restaurants and the outlet mall.

Cons:

They tried to charge me twice for the room 3 weeks after our stay.
