Clean Hotel, Comfortable Rooms, Good Location, Adequate Breakfast
Pros:

The breakfast selection was good. The oatmeal is too watery. Starting it earlier or not adding so much water would greatly improve it. The breakfast window is very limited, closes at 9 or 9:30 depending on the day. The space is not set up for families so be prepared to move tables and chairs to have your family next to you. There is a decent amount of food options - bagels, waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, coffee, juice. The room itself was very well equipped, cups, plates, etc., fridge, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher. It would have been ideal if we were staying for a longer duration.

Cons:

The oatmeal was too watery. Very limited fresh fruit options and only sugar free syrup were negatives for us. The pillows were not firm at all. Bring your own pillow. There are no extra blankets in the room either.

The property is amazing. I assume you should have some kind of night manager available.
Pros:

The room itself was very nice and more than I expected.

Cons:

The remote to the TV did not work. I had to physically unplug the TV from the wall to turn it off. I called the front desk and the man offered to come up to my room but as I was travelling by myself I was not comfortable having someone in my room after 9pm. The remote was very sticky. The red light came on as if it was connecting but had trouble using it to control the TV in the room.

|Also, I had a horrible headache in the middle of the night. I went downstairs to get some pain medication. When I rang the bell to get someone to assist no one came. I waited and pressed it two additional times. I ended up taking the Alleve but leaving a note on the computer keyboard with my room number and my name letting the front desk know they could charge my room for the medicine.

Shower pressure was horrible and there were blood stains on the comforters , ac was very noisy

We were there a short, but enjoyable time.
Pros:

Breakfast was good but there could have been more offerings. Some things ran out. Maybe there wasn't enough staff. It seemed like it got cleaned up early. People were wanting juice, etc. and it was gone.

Cons:

Nothing really. We did have a torn sheer curtain that someone tried to fix with staples, lol.

Nice hotel!
Pros:

Stayed for one night. Room was clean and comfortable. King bed with sleep sofa, and a kitchenette that was stocked with plates, cutlery, etc, and a dishwasher. Room itself was little pricey, but it was also graduation weekend for a college in town.....could have gotten something cheaper farther from away, but I wanted a short drive to the activity that we were in town for. They had a pool (we didn't use) which looked clean, and a nice gym area. Breakfast was your typical hotel food, but it was good. They have a little snack and beverage area to purchase items. Overpriced but didn't stop me from grabbing a little bottle of wine and some snacks after a long day. Young lady at check in and the young man at check out were nice. Would stay here again if we get back out that way.

All in all was a good place to stay during the power outage
Pros:

Location was great, pool was great

Cons:

Found a dirty washcloth hanging on top of shower curtain but no huge deal. This morning tho my friends and i went to the pool and a male worker was in there. He had a squirrel gun and he found and was playing around with my kids. But then my kids had enough and kept asking him to stop and he just laughed and kept doing it, pissing them off more. Was just super uncomfortable

Unfortunate
Pros:

This was not a good experience for us. We were just staying one night on 2/15/26 thankfully. Check-in was not friendly or welcoming, but the desk attendant did help find my Bonvoy rewards member number, which I did appreciate that. Since she did not have it with the original booking (through Delta) we were put on a low floor. The room had an odor, cleanliness issues (hair in bathroom) and a broken pull-out sofa that we had to use as one of the beds. We called from the room to report but it was just received with more unfriendliness. If we ever have to return to the Grove City/Mercer area we will try to find a better place to stay.

Another waffle maker on the breakfast buffet would be nice. There was only one for all the guests who wanted to use it. Missed baked goods - muffins, danish.
