LOVE IT HERE!

The parking lot was being remodeled and they blocked off Handicap parking mind you it was game weekend. The walking to accommodate the hotel was overwhelming only because they said the doors key fob reader wasn’t working on certain doors. Other than that service was amazing!

This hotel has suites with basic kitchen equipment, along with an outdoor patio with a grill and fire pit. This makes it nice for a longer stay where you might not want to go out for every single meal. Folks took advantage of the patio and fire on a nice evening. The room was basic but comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I booked this property because it listed a free airport shuttle and I incorrectly assumed a fair parking rate. When we arrived, we were informed that the key card system was broken so we needed employee assistance anytime we left our room. Their airport shuttle was free, but their price for extended parking was significantly higher than all other off-site parking companies. The staff were dismissive and seemed distracted.

Loved this place. So comfortable and safe

Due to system upgrades, my room key ceased to function, which unfortunately resulted in me being locked out of my room. This unexpected issue caused a significant disruption, as I missed important work meetings that were scheduled during that time.

I understand that system upgrades are sometimes necessary; however, I believe that better preparation or communication could have helped mitigate the impact on guests. I kindly request that you look into this matter to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Additionally, I would appreciate if you could consider any form of compensation or gesture to acknowledge the inconvenience caused.

Great place to stay!

Beds are always Comfy, staff is great. I stay here frequently and, unfortunately this time my room stunk horribly. The lady at the desk was great and offered a different type of room but it wouldn’t have worked for us. She gave me room spray which helped for a little bit but not long.

Not only is the hotel awesome, but the staff is incredibly customer-service oriented! The rooms are extremely nice and big!

Shuttle to and from airport and proximity to airport especially after a very delayed arrival.

The property hasn’t been updated, the room smelt awful.

VERY exceptional is all areas.

Staff was very kind, rooms were clean, breakfast was AMAZING. Would stay here again 10/10.

Very clean and quiet stay

Everything was ok. It was a good uneventful stay

We were in KC to celebrate our granddaughter Raegan’s graduation from Accelus Academy and her 16th birthday. Kayla Lathrop offered us the use of the meeting room, so we were able to decorate and have a party for Raegan. Kayla was great! All the staff were helpful and friendly during our stay. Thank you Kayla and staff for helping us make lasting memories for Raegan and our family!!
