Pros:

Room was good. Had mini-split (heat and AC) and minifridge, as well as the standard stuff seen in any 2-star motel. Close to downtown P-Town.

Cons:

Went to office twice (two separate days), no one there. Never saw any staff. Shower small, same for sink and bathroom. Coffee was in a common room with pods (tea, regular and decaff, although no variety). Nothing else except for ice and water. Breakfast was two $5 chits for a 'provisions' store. We spent over double that amount for a bagel and pastry. Parking for 7 cars - not adequate for the number of people staying there. We arrived precisely at 3 PM (earliest stated arrival time) and got next to last parking slot. Another visitor, arriving at 3:30 was SOL.

Wonderful stay with great location and ambiance
Pros:

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff and cosy ambiance. Offers complimentary coupons to get coffee/bagels at Far Land provisions across the street, which was fantastic.

Cons:

It was not very soundproof so could hear the other guests, but is also part of the charm of such small-scale, boutique-style hotel

Amazing, can’t wait to come back
Pros:

Paul, the General Manager, was super kind and helpful. The property is gorgeous, so peaceful and serene.

Cons:

The sauna wasn’t working both days and the second day we stayed the hot tub wasn’t working.

Pros:

Location, cozy room and house, took full advantage of hot tub outside and the sauna. Short walk to commercial street where we enjoyed dinner and brunch the next morning. And free parking in the driveway. Welcoming delicious free cookies at arrival in the kitchen.

Cons:

Although check out was at 11am our key card and app stopped working before that. Luckily nice lady opened our door. If I had to knit pick, although we loved the outdoor hot bath it could have been hotter.
