La recepción duplica los cobros

Hubo un cobro doble hace una semana y aún no me realizan el reembolso.

Cons:

Me cobraron doble vez y me dijeron que al día siguiente lo checara el área de contabilidad.

Honestly it was really sad stay; They offer A/C and the room didn't have, They advertised WiFi and they don't have in most rooms (like one I got and they were not able accomadeta in an A/C one), the main issue it's they have rooms on the bottom floor almost feel like underground humid and warm room, no air circulating from window only a pedestal fan, no cell service from any carrier and that's the issue with NO WiFi.
