Pros:

Great hotel. I stayed on the city view side and got to hear the children at the school playing and the music the school plays.

This hotel is not terrible by any means, but definitely not up to expectations. The check in process took extra long because they did not seem to have the confirmation from Expedia in their system. The shower had mold in it and the hot water was inconsistent. The view was nice but the location was not the greatest because there wasn't much in terms of food or shopping close by. The food in the restaurant on the 2nd floor is quite good. However, next time I will be choosing a different hotel.

I got the ocean view room and beautiful outside. The steps can speak English but not fluent so I had communication problems a few time. They were try to help me.

Meget bra hotel, store rene rom. Bra frokost buffe, med bra utvalg av varme ok kalde retter. Litt dårlig service siden veldig få kunne snakke engelsk, å hjelpe til på spørsmål. Kommer til å bo der igjen.

Very grand and beautiful Hotel

My first trip to China from Canada. I did not know what to really expect, but I must the staff at the hotel made sure I was not disappointed. Every morning I was greeted by several friendly faces in the hotel lobby. Excellent level of service and attention to detail. They made me feel very welcome their during my short stay. I will certainly stay at here again if I return to Xiamen.
