La ubicacion

Cons:

Hicimos la reserva de una habitacion con dos camas dobles. Nuestra sorpresa fue que nos dieron dos habitaciones separadas. Intentamos que hicieran el cambio pero no hubo manera, nadie nos dio una solucion. Encima no nos explicaron nada referente al hotel conforme se podía cambiar la almohada ni coger elementos de belleza.
Encima pone que dispone de parking, pero no es cierto, te remiten a un parking cualquiera y encima no respetan la tarifa de 1300 yenes diarios.
La comunicación con ellos fue muy complicada ya que no sabían inglés y al final nos tuvimos que comunicar con ellos con mi terminal móvil en su idioma.

部屋、お風呂、朝食、すべてよかった。立地は思ったよりも駅から遠かったけれど、繁華街が駅から遠いという仙台の特徴があったため、それはそれで納得しました。

Modern, clean, spacious rooms. Nice lobby with drinks station, which was very cool as we got to create our own drinks. There are options to change your pillow if you don’t like the one in the room.

Pros:

Flache Kopfkissen, Abdunklung der Zimmer

Cons:

Lautstärke der Lüftung und Lift. Selbst der Boden und das Bett vibriert die ganze Zeit.
Das Wasser im Onsen/Sento/Public Bath war jeden Tag sehr dreckig, obwohl ich kurz nach angeblicher Reinigung rein bin.
