有備品可以使用，且有溫泉，其他人員都服務態度很好，附近有一家很大的唐吉，也有不同的便利商店。

有一位中年男員工，我觀察起來應該是主管(其他員工對他態度非常恭敬），我覺得他有點歧視人，對待我（台灣人)和其他日本客人態度明顯不同，我入住的時候很不幸地是他幫我辦理，一開始check in的時候我就有先告知我在booking上面付款了，然後交付護照，他從頭到尾都盯著電腦，完全不想理我的樣子，後來他跟我要信用卡付款，我有再次提醒他已經付過房費了，他就用很不耐煩的臉說這是稅（我以為是溫泉税而已)，當下沒有想太多跟注意看，反正就付了，後來晚餐的時候收到信用卡通知，對，他直接再刷了我一筆房費快4萬的台幣🙂後來我要退款我還特意等他人不在才敢跟其他服務員說，後面也確實他們查核是多刷了，花了點時間才退刷，而這次我住了好幾日，我觀察到他對講中文的客人跟日本客人的態度完全不同，我不是第一次住super hotel，以往在其他地方的入住經驗都很不錯，人員都很好，所以我這次依舊先選擇super hotel，我真的第一次遇到這樣的，附近也有另一家super hotel沒有溫泉但便宜很多，早知道會遇到這樣的狀況我就不會訂這裡了，因此請注意入住時自己刷卡付款的金額，總之就這部分的體驗不好，其他都很好。

Cons:

大浴場の床のモップはあるが髪がたくさんついていたので、定期的にシート交換して欲しい。２個くらいあるといい。他は清潔感ありました。

旅行に必須な心地よい眠りをありがとう！また泊まりにいきます！
Pros:

大風呂が気持ちよかった。洗い場も脱衣コーナーも清潔でゆとりのあるスペース、ドライヤーコーナーと仕切られているのもとても良い。豊富な選べるアメニティや枕も嬉しい（ヒノキ気に入りました）。用意されているパジャマもとても心地よかった。ゆったり温泉で温まって快眠できました。
デスク付に宿泊しましたが旅行中のいろいろな確認や整理、荷造りがしやすく今度もこのタイプに宿泊したい。

Cons:

ホテル内に関しては特になし。
提携駐車場がちょっと遠いかな…
