De vriendelijkheid en goede service

Cons:

Was helaas geen zwembad ,maar mochten gelukkig bij het zelfde hotel in de straat erachter gebruik van t zwembad maken

Mal descanso por causa ajena.

El espacio y la limpieza estaba bien. No me gusto que no había nadie en recepción en ningún momento.

He solicitado poner una reclamación y no me atienden. Durante mi noche se encendió la TV y las luces 3 veces distintas despertándome.

Muy buen alojamiento en Sevilla
Pros:

Ubicación en pleno centro de Sevilla, habitaciones cómodas, amplias y muy limpias

Cons:

Había obras enfrente y empezaban a trabajas a las 6 de la mañana por lo que no se podía descansar mucho, no es culpa suya pero ya que reserve el día anterior se agradecería que me lo hubieran comentado

Good set up but lots to improve

Floor was super dusty, with kids and adults having to wash feet before going to bed or leaving the room.
Lights went out during the night for a few hours. No plan B in place to address or communicate the issue with customers - lift not working for the day and no hot water as a consequence too.
Luggage room very dirty with no locking or control system.
