Mi estancia en este hotel en la calle Sierpes ha sido verdaderamente excepcional y ha superado con creces todas mis expectativas. La ubicación es inmejorable, ideal para sumergirse en la magia y la esencia de la ciudad. Además, quiero destacar muy especialmente el trato del equipo humano: el personal es súper atento, responden rapidísimo a cualquier solicitud y siempre están dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa. Todo ha fluido de maravilla y nos han hecho sentir como en casa.

Cons:

Sinceramente, no tengo ninguna queja en absoluto. Todo ha sido absolutamente perfecto y cuidado al detalle durante mi estancia.

Solide Wahl mitten in Sevilla

Grosszügiges Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung.

Cons:

Check-in erst später als die vom Hotel angegebene Zeit möglich, Möbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen (abgeblättert).

Good location, short walk from taxi/bus, good reception
Pros:

The location is excellent being in the pedestrian area. The reception was helpful and friendly and spoke English. There was a lift to all floors. The shower heads were good, the aircon worked well. I do like the Spanish style of a rack for clothes instead of wardrobes which works perfectly for travellers. The restaurant right next door to entrance was excellent.

Cons:

We booked a superior room. The bed was large but not a good mattress - sagging on both sides. There was nowhere to sit other than on the bed. No desk, no chair of any description. The bathroom was dark and the shower even darker as it was all black. The pedestrian area is cleaned nightly and bins are emptied. We could hear this through the closed windows. It wasn’t too bad but likely it will wake you at 3am. Get a room facing side lane and not Main Street. You will have to walk with your bags about 200 metres from where taxi/bus drops off.

La pulizia non è giornaliera. Purtroppo a causa dei lavori nel palazzo di fronte non abbiamo potuto riposare benissimo.

UNA LOCATION DA SOGNO IN PIENO CENTRO DI SIVIGLIA!!
Pros:

La struttura è splendida, in pieno centro storico di Siviglia. Il servizio di check-in e di comunicazione con il personale della struttura è ottimo, rapido e completo. La stanza è perfetta, spaziosa e luminosa.. il bagno adeguato e la pulizia eccellente!

Super Zimmer für Städtetrip
Pros:

Das Bett war groß und sehr bequem. Auch die Dusche war schön groß. Es war bett eine Küchenzeile zu haben, aber diese war in unserem Zimmer sehr klein. Man hat keine Nachbarn gehört und der Lärm von der Stadt wurde über die Fenster sehr gut gedämmt, auch die Klimaanlage war sehr leise. Die Lage war fantastisch man ist überall fußläufig in Sevilla hingekommen.

Cons:

Nur ein kleiner Spiegel im Bad und schlechte Beleuchtung um sich im Bad zu schminken. Im restlichen Zimmer war sonst kein Spiegel.

Struttura ben posizionata al centro, vicino a tutto! Pulita e accogliente. Staff super accogliente e pontro a darti un molte informazioni utili sia per spettacoli che per spostamenti! Ci tornerei!

Posizione, gentilezza del personale e camera

Cons:

La camera ha svuto un problema a partire dal secondo giorno dovuto a un forte odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno. Abbiamo avvisato ma poi il problema si è ripresentato

Top Zentral mit kleinem Defizit
Pros:

Top Zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Man ist wenn man aus der Türe geht in der Einkaufsstraße, alles ist sehr gut fussläufig erreichbar. Der Empfang war nett und das Zimmer sauber.

Cons:

Wir waren im Zimmer 306 und hier waren im Bad einige Fugen schon schimmelig, reparierte Toilettenpapier Halterung und einige andere Reparaturen war schlampig ausgeführt.
