Thanks for hosting us in a last minute booking.

Cons:

When we arrived, the AC was off in the rooms. Also, for kids, the breakfast needs to include something different: fruit, natural juice, boiled eggs, pancakes, creeps… kids cannot have traditional breakfast, it was great for adults though.

Great location, but facilities in need of upgrade

Bed was comfortable, location is excellent, views to die for

Cons:

The cleanliness was very much lacking. We booked the room with the Jacuzzi, however upon starting the Jacuzzi we noticed debris and clumps of hair. We advised the staff who promptly came to our suite and cleaned up and apologised but initially offered no recompense. On restarting the Jacuzzi, more debris came out even after the cleaning. We notified the staff again and explained that we no longer feel comfortable with using the Jacuzzi and requested some form of restitution. The manager eventually offered 100 euro refund.

Resimlerde göründüğünden hiç bir farkı yok. Premium Suitte kaldık, kocaman, geniş ferah bir odaydı, manzarası mükemmel, balkonunda oturup manzarayı seyretmek bile tatil gibi geliyor insana. Otele ulaşım gayet kolay, önemli yerlere mesafesi çok yakın. Melek hanım ve Züleyha hanım her konuda yardımcı oldular, gideceğimiz yerlere kendi araçlarıyla götürmeye kadar teklif ettiler. Kahvaltısı gayet yerinde doyurucu ve tazeydi. Genel olarak gayet samimi ve güzel bir deneyim, tavsiye ederim.

Ozellikle ilgimizi ceken, tum misafir ve çalışanların birbirine saygili ve sevgili davranmasıydi. Otelde hijyen konusunda herhangi bir sorun yaşamazsınız. Bir de kahvaltida ev yapimi börekler ve guzel bir sunumla iştahınız daha da acilacaktir. Biz cok memnun kaldık. Tesekkur ederiz ozellikle Züleyha hanim ve kizina, ve de diger tum calisamlarina...

Arkadaşımla beraber 3 gün 2 gece konaklama yaptık gayet memnun kaldık.Bizimle ilgilenen çalışanlar çok nazik ve kibardı. Kahvaltısı 2 kişi için yeterli doyabilirsiniz. Biz suit odada kaldık çift balkonu mevcut,manzarası çok güzeldi.Denize yaklaşık otelden 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Oda fotoğraflarda gözüktüğü gibiydi hiçbir eksiği yoktu.Merkeze otel önünden araçlar kalkıyor ve sıklığı çok fazla o yüzden rahat olabilirsiniz.

Comfortable room, very friendly and helpful staff, in a quiet part of the island near a large park and beautiful streets. The breakfast was delicious and we felt very welcome during our stay.

Had a great stay!
Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay in the suite. Great view. Super cold and strong AC which I greatly appreciated. Even though I speak no Turkish, the staff worked hard to help me with everything I needed including ordering food at night for delivery to the hotel.

Cons:

Upon arrival to the island the line for taxis was 1.5 hours long of standing in the sun. This isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it was hot and my patience got tested. The line for the bus was even longer. Maybe it was just a busy day, but it was rough.

Pros:

Very cozy and nice place to rest. Quite and relaxed atmosphere. Not far away from the sea. Has nice garden inside. Very friendly hosts and tasty breakfasts. Very satisfied :)
