ホテルの窓口が非常に分かりにくいので、かなり迷いました。知り合いに聞いたら、ホテルとは別で民泊みたいなものだそうです。しかし部屋は広く35階で眺望は最高でした。またプールもホテルとしては広く良かった。利便性は最高でした。下には綺麗なショッピングモールが盛業していました。ただ部屋の電子キーが調子が悪く苦労をしました。

部屋や施設は古く、ホテルと言っても西棟のホテル（フロント）とは関係なく、東棟のエントランスでインド系のスタッフと部屋の一室へ同行して、伝票にサイン〜宿泊料〜デポジットと税を払って〜カードキーを渡される。Wi-Fiは時に弱く、場合によってはメイキングも出来ていない部屋に通される時もあります。
しかし、モノレールのインビ駅に直結してたり、その立地と、何よりも宿泊料の安さ、1階にはスタバやKFC、セブンイレブンなど、プールの大きさはKL随一。
私はBERJAYA Times Square suite大好きです。
酒店始於舊了，有些設施退化，其他的並無大問題，東翼大堂接待處，連一張椅給人坐著等候都無。代理人卻服務態度反應快速及正面，並無如網站上的留言的負面令人感覺慢吞吞或者其他負面感覺。
景觀開揚，夠寬敞，始終因為長久使用，物料退化，導致小毛病必然產生;東翼接待處欠缺座位給人使用，完全冇，只嫌冇、不嫌少;連一張座椅都冇，今次好在保安員主動讓出一張剛剛空出，暫未有工作人員使用的椅子，稍作歇息，以作等待約定車輛。
最最好能夠有華語服務員，無論粤語或普通話。

ホテルとサービスアパートメントが一緒になっており、同じ建物内でホテルが運営している部屋と個人もしくは企業で運営している部屋とに分かれており、今回の予約は小さな企業で運営されてる部屋でした。
部屋の内装は素敵ですが、施設は古く電気がつかないところもあります。
ハウスキーピングが二泊目までなく何度も督促し、ようやく三泊目からやって貰えるようになりました。
部屋に電話もないので、1階のガードマンに携帯を借りて電話するなど、かなりストレスになりました。
英語が交渉できない方にはオススメ出来ません。立地やプールなどの設備はいいので、ホテル管理のお部屋には泊まってもいいですが、ここはリピートしないと思います。
入口に群がる怪しげな男たち、マレーシア人ではなく他国からお金目当てにきている出稼ぎ者。態度も横柄で、感時悪いうえに恐怖さえ覚える。部屋は不潔で、蜘蛛の巣がかかり、埃が電灯に積もっていた。ベッドメイキングもタオルの交換も丁寧になされず、人数分用意されていない。部屋替えを頼んだら、返事なし。電話してキャンセルしようとしたら[返金なしで、すぐにでもでていけ]と言われた。最低な所。こんな場所を高ランクで勧めている会社にも問題あり。コメントを確実に掲載するべき。
Pas vraiment un hôtel, mais plutôt un loueur d'appartement. Quand on arrive dans le hall de la tour, il faut appeler la personne qui gère les appartements. Pour nous heureusement que quelqu'un a appellé à notre place. Auutrement l'appartement était très bien.

Location not too bad , but hard to find contact , no reception as its private appts , not far from mono rail and short walk to many bars , restaurants , and changkat area . appartment was nice and large and ample room , but decor is tired and stained carpet and broken tiles . and have some bugs in appt .
The apartment is on the east side of Times Square. There is no reception as it works like private leasing. We had to call the no. listed on the confirmation to get someone to check us in and when checking out. The deposit of RM200 must be in cash. The 3 of us booked a Superior Suite (Premier) and were given a queen size bed and a single bed that was placed in the living room. The living room has a coffee table and a 3-seats sofa with a TV that didn't work during our 1 night stay. The bathroom is inside the bedroom and linked to the toilet which can also be accessed from the door beside the small kitchen. A microwave oven and electric kettle were in the kitchen but we didn't use any of them. Besides the bar soaps, there was shampoo and 2 toothbrush sets and 2 bath towels for the 3 of us. It was convenient for us to stay here as our coach dropped us in front of Times Square at around 5 am. However, this stay is an experience that we will not repeat.
Well nice to stay there with clean and big rooms, accommodating staff feel secured.
