Service :Le personnel était courtois et professionnel. Rien à redire sur l’accueil ou la disponibilité du staff : le service était correct et fonctionnel.

Propreté :Les lieux étaient bien entretenus. Les chambres et les parties communes étaient propres, ce qui contribue à une expérience agréable malgré certaines limites.

Confort :C’est là que le bât blesse. Le confort est minimal :

Pas de climatisation, ce qui peut rendre le séjour difficile selon la saison.

Le mobilier et l’environnement de la chambre semblent figés dans les années 1980, sans rénovation apparente.

Les prises électriques sont anciennes, peu nombreuses et peu adaptées aux besoins actuels.

Hotel con bonitas vistas
Pros:

La habitación para familias estupenda, con dos estancias y su mesita de estar con muy buenas vistas al monte. La localización perfecta, en pleno centro. Parking muy cercano. No puedo hablar del desayuno porque no lo cogimos.

Cons:

Nos hizo mucho calor y no tiene aire acondicionado. El baño un poco antiguo. Problemas con el wifi.

Respecto a veces anteriores, decepcionante
Pros:

Disponibilidad de habitación con tres camas.

Cons:

A las 16 horas nos tocó esperar a que limpiaran la habitación tras la estancia del cliente anterior, pese a haber comunicado la hora de llegada (se escudaron en que el cliente anterior se había marchado tarde, supongo que no habrá sido antes de las 12). No es un hotel para pasar una ola de calor. Se echa de menos una máquina de vending en las zonas comunes. Zona algo ruidosa (al menos con las ventanas abiertas para intentar luchar contra el calor)

La ubicación

Cons:

Sin aire acondicionado, a pesar de que en la información no se citaba que tuviera.
Sería de desear que se dispusiera de al menos ventilador.
El desayuno muy justito, pensado para grupos. El horario del desayuno en fin de semana empieza a las 9, me parece muy tarde. La descripción de la habitación ponía 35 m, y no tenía ni la mitad.
