They should be careful to Handle Guest not to Offend in any matters speciall Charging for Non Sense ..

The problem is that Upon check out ,they want to charge me 200 pesos for the dirty towel or stain which is unacceptable ..for my stay in 3 days they never offer to change the linen or towel then if become dirty they want to charge me ..And I was not inform before i check in and nothing states in the Regulation or Policy ..I was Totaly Offended ..I was always Giving Extra /Tips for Room service and Even 100 exra foe the cleaner before I leave But It was Terible ..Im planning to go back hopefully becoz i Perfectly love the Hotel but all of the sudden upon check out I was Totaly Embarass ..They Ruin my mood and my Expectation ..

Small sized but excellent
Pros:

The Starlight staff is very welcoming and helpful. Every request and question is promptly taken care of. Already after one night we felt so much at home that we decided to stay 4 more nights.
We specially enjoyed the rooftop terras that offers a nice view on Makati skyline and where you can have a drink and a snack from the hotel restaurant and it's even allowed to bring some from outside.
The location of the hotel is at short distance from mall of asia and baclaran market and other lively neighborhoods.
The room and bathroom are very clean.
The room has a large smart tv and comfortable bed, so we enjoyed watching our favorite series ;-)

Cons:

The street can be quite noisy in the night.
The bed is quite small. That's probably the only point of improvement.
