Very annoyed to book an Adults only venue that wasn’t.
Pros:

Nice location and facilities, staff were good.

Cons:

Clearly advertised as Adults only but it wasn’t. Many many young children and babies were there. Not acceptable.

NO es un hotel exclusivo para adultos
Pros:

Las habitaciones amplias, bien equipadas.

Cons:

Mal olor en la habitación todo el tiempo. Calidad de la comida mala, especialmente en las cenas. Personal insuficiente para el servicio de buffet, lo que hace que tarden ,se acumulen platos..
Imposible coger una hamaca si no vas muy temprano

NO es un hotel exclusivo para adultos.

Todas estas quejas las leí también por huéspedes anteriores y por lo que se ve no se corrigen

La habitación premiun nos encantó y muy cómoda, espaciosa y cuidada.
Las zonas comunes muy bien.
En general nos gusto todo.

La comida , faltaba variedad y un productos como la fruta , note su escasos.

I liked my junior suite with personal sun deck

Cons:

The executive area was poor was not luxurious, breakfast wasnt great, the cups were chipped and some morning therd was missing cutlery , the coffe was never hot.When i made an enquiry at reception the manager was rude.

Fantastic facilities and incredible staff
Pros:

Excellent facilities. Lovely little room. Spotlessly clean and an amazing pool. What really stood out was the friendliness of the staff who were absolutely exceptional and just could not do enough to make me feel comfortable and looked after as a solo traveller.
