BED BUGS in the room! Rooms are not clean. Forget room service all the time.
Horrible experience to find bed bug in the room. Our kids had severe bids from the bugs. Hotel handled the whole situation very unprofessionally. Cannot recommend this place.
Arrived by early, checked with staff to see if room was ready early by chance. It wasn't. Which was fine, told to check back in a hour. Once hour was up checked back still was told it wasn't quite ready. Finally by this time it was 4 o'clock and regular check in time to back to the hotel bags in hand, mind you I have my 3 year with and get to front desk to be told they bumped my reservation to the hotel next door!! The courtyard marriott, it was terrible! My room was down graded from a kind suite to know having two standard queen beds. No continental breakfast anymore, or continental coffee!! Was told we would be given free breakfast at their down stairs Cafe in the morning which opened at 7:30am, yet got up an the café was closed lights off no one around. Other guests where getting pissed about the service. My three year complaining hes hungry and this whole time we were supposed to be eating at the very nice continental breakfast from the hotel we booked with!! Not be shafted to this terrible service courtyard hotel! To boot i take dupixent and need to keep it refrigerated. Placed it in the fridge in the room, to wake up finding it warm, the fridge didnt work properly and my dupixent pen had spoiled! Thats a $2500 medication pen! Very very terrible experience with marriott!! All started cause the actually residence marriott we booked with bumped us to another hotel cause they over booked an messed up.

Our stay at Residence Inn St. Paul/Woodbury was fantastic! Our expectations were well exceeded. This property is SO clean.
It is very clear that so much thought and care has gone into the designs in this hotel. For example, we were impressed to see emergency exit signs at both ceiling and floor level, MULTIPLE hooks in the bathroom, and a unique “dressing” area outside the bathroom with a built in stand for luggage and drawers for clothing storage.
We also noted the special decor touches around the property like the REAL potted succulents in the pool.
The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was well done/organized with multiple hot options including French toast and eggs.
The only downside was the hot tub was not hot, but this was a very small detail in the scheme of all the other great things at this property.
We would absolutely stay at this property again and would recommend it to anyone.

I could have stayed at less expensive places for equal value. However, by using my bank credit card was able to avail myself of a $40.00 hotel discount which made the decision to stay easier.

That there wasn’t a fun area for people traveling with pets. Like a small fenced in area for small dogs and one for large dogs to run around.

Well, furnace kitchen was great. But we didn’t like that you could hear the toilet flushing above us on the next floor It was noisy.
Front desk girl was rude when we arrived, later 2 men were at deck and they were friendly

We stayed in the suites. It was fabulous. Front desk Mary was wonderful and breakfast crew super friendly and pleasant. Thank you! We will definitely be back.
