How the staff was very accommodating to any questions and needs I needed
Pretty sure they have bed bugs as I was bitten up during my stay
Good location, good breakfast, nice staff
Our first room was flooded when we arrived, unable to get the same type of room. Our next room had carpet so sticky that I had to wear shoes at all times, almost as if the carpet had been shampooed and the soap left to dry in the carpet. The walls were streaked with moisture. Ugh.

**Avoid this hotel like the plague.**
We found bed bugs in our room as well as bites on my daughter's back and have photos and video. Staff promised the room would be cleaned, inspected, and treated while we were gone all day. When we returned, absolutely nothing had been done.
Marriott Customer Care told us the room should have been immediately blocked and professionally treated, not left untouched with the expectation that we return to it.
The replacement room was also filthy, with visible hair throughout the bedding.
Staff then promised that our stay would be refunded, the replacement Marriott hotel would be covered, cleaning costs for our clothing and luggage would be reimbursed, and the general manager would call us personally.
None of that happened.
We were charged for both hotels, received no reimbursement, and the general manager never contacted us despite repeated assurances that he would.
As a Marriott Platinum member with more than 550 nights, this was hands down the WORST Marriott experience we have ever had. Bed bugs, filthy rooms, broken promises, double billing, and zero accountability.
Avoid this property like the plague!!! If the GM wants to contact me (after 4 days) that would be GREAT!
I have stayed here before always clean and comfortable. the breakfast is a nice and quick way to start the day
The location was easy to find off the highway and perfect for an event we had at the Elks by Ashely Reservoir. Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, Dunkin, CVS are all next door within easy walking distance. Holyoke Mall is nearby. The room was clean and the AC/Heater was very quiet. Staff happily accommodated a late checkout. Plenty of parking. Appears to a safe area. The parking lot is a wide open space and very well lit. We will definitely stay again when we are back visiting this area.

Kind of basic and the pool was very small.
The mattress was so comfy, the location was super convenient for heading to Spare Lanes in Northampton but also to bring fella to work.
The pillows went flat, but luckily they provide plenty. So I'd say that the water pressure in shower is only real complaint. It's not great, but it worked. I'd say like a 4/10 for water pressure
