Pros:

We stayed in this property 3 nights. Staffs were very friendly. They went above and beyond to help us. We felt like home when we stayed here. The view is excellent. Definitely we will stay here again on next time we visit Pamplona, Spain.

Pros:

Our second visit to the hotel and we received the same warm welcome. When we contacted the owner Ignacio, he made multiple modifications to our booking and was always very helpful and understanding. Enjoyed our one night stay in a comfortable bed with no noise. Will stay here again.

Comfortable friendly hotel
Pros:

Needed an overnight halt that accepts a cat when driving from Spain to Francee. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. Ignacio gave us a warm and genuine welcome. The bedrooms were a good size and very clean. Bed was comfortable.
Friendly locals in the bar, enjoyed white wine and beers at reasonable prices.
Looking forward to returning next week.

Good if you want to have kitchen facilities.
Pros:

I picked this hotel as I wanted a room with a kitchenette and that allowed dogs. I was well pleased with the kitchenette that had a fridge with top freezer, electric hob, microwave - all dishes and pans I needed.

Etape correcte mais il faut quelques efforts
Pros:

Accueil et personnel très agréable et professionnel.
Lieu: formidable du fait de l'emplacement exceptionnel (très belle vue panoramique sur 20kms à 180°.
Confort: moyen au niveau des matelas mais équipement complet.
Calme: oui quand tout est éteint car les aérateurs électriques dans les salles de bains sont très sonores et ils s'entendent d'une chambre à l'autre. Pas de chance quand le voisin va aux toilettes en milieu de nuit car ils fonctionnent avec la lumière.
Restauration: Très correcte, bonne et à un prix
très raisonnable.
Piscine: non chauffée et très saisissante à l'entrée. Mon épouse a fait demi-tour fave à la température trop basse.
En résumé, cet hotel pourrait être parfait si la direction faisait l'effort de quelques investissements sur les matelas, les aérateurs et le chauffage de la piscine.

La habitación amplia,acogedora, con una terraza desde la que teníamos una vista magnífica. Muy limpio y el personal muy agradable. Comimos un par de veces en su restaurante y todo estaba muy rico.

Très bon hôtel
Pros:

Nous avons passé un court séjour à l'hôtel El Castillo mais celui-ci fut très agréable !
Nous sommes arrivés tard (22h) mais avons pu tout de même dîner au restaurant de l'hôtel :)
La carte est très bien faite, simple et efficace, les plats sont très bons.

Quaint Spanish Hotel
Pros:

Lovely quaint Spanish Hotel with outside terrace, bar & restaurant.
Balcony off room with great views.
And they take dogs - there is a short walk straight from the hotel with amazing views
We booked the four poster room but the bed is very small and we found it uncomfortable
