Recepcionista extremamente chata. Informei que havia sido cobrado valor pelo aplicativo e ela sequer checou. Simplesmente estou com um prejuízo de R$220,00 que o booking debitou do meu cartão sendo que paguei a hospedagem integral também.

Acabei não ficando hospedado no hotel, estava com problema de energia, só funcionando no gerador, porta dos apartamentos sem funcionar no cartão, tive que subir várias vezes com o rapaz da recepção para tentar abrir a porta do apto, isso usando as escadas, ar condicionado sem funcionar corretamente, pedi para mudar de quarto, o outro estava cheirando a mofo, e o ar condicionado super fraco, acabei saíndo do hotel e voltando para Belém na mesma noite, pegando a estrada às 23 horas ainda aguardando o meu reembolso, acabou com o meu réveillon!
O meu filho que me acompanhava ficou muito triste com a situação!
