Rene Hotel

写真は非常に綺麗な部屋だか、実際はかなり古いホテルであった。一階のためか、虫もかなり出た。。。
写真詐欺と言える。連泊ならクレームしていたが、一泊だけなので我慢した。場所は中心から徒歩圏内ではあったので、便利ではある。

Séjour très sympa à l’hotel Rene, la chambre était propre et le lit grand et confortable.
Les employés sont justes géniaux et super à l’ecoute en cas de besoin.

The front staff give service with hospitality . When I ask him to make the appointment with the taxi to pick us up to the airport , he offers us the co-car service with more cheaper than the ordinary taxi .

小さいホテルです。良い点は天井が高く開放感があります。シャワーは熱いお湯がふんだんに出ます。湯沸かしポットと2リットルのボトルウォーターが用意され便利でした。WiFiの電波は強く、大満足です。悪い点は部屋に電話がなく、寝具が雨季のせいもあるでしょうがかなり臭いました。ベッドはフワフワで寝心地はそれほど良くありません。バスルームも下水の臭いがしました。掃除はよくされているので建物が古いせいだと思います。
全体として努力はとてもしていると思います。トゥグ駅から徒歩5分程度ですから場所とホットシャワー、強いWiFiを求めるなら良いと思います。スタッフはフレンドリーです。

スタッフさんは全員優しくしてくださりました。
同価格の他のホテルと比べると、一番部屋が広くゆったりできます。
問題がないどころか、期待以上です！

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the girl receptionist, too bad didn't get to know her name.
Overall the stay is quite good. Clean and cozy, 5-10 mins walking distance to malioboro street.
Value for money, recommended!

Good Location, just far enough away from Maliboro but close enough to walk. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, staff were friendly. Good budget Hotel.

Helpful staff great rooms for the price

Everything suitable. Only downside was stale smell in room and one massive cocroach in my room.

Hotel doesn't look like one published on this site. Arrived early at 8am and obviously they don't have much guests so they accommodate us at 9am. Upon checking in they would require an ID/Passport to be left at the check-in counter. You have to be mindful upon check out because they will not return it to you unless you ask them. In our case we have to call them out when we were already at the airport for options on how to get back our IDs. We decided to have it delivered to the airport thru Grab Bike delivery At our expense. So disappointed with their staff and they were not even apologetic.

Towels are worn out and management should invest on new ones. They don't clean the rooms unless u ask them. Hotel staff is not friendly and will talk to u with their stock face.

Malioboro is 10mins walk away from the hotel. Hotel is just in front of a coffee shop Kopi Tugu
