Condo need to improve guest experience.

Cons:

1. I rented a four-room apartment for 3 couples with young children. On checkin, I requested just ONE more additional room card so as to facilitate couples going out and returning at different timing. This was outright rejected from reception staff stating it's policy to issue only one access card. Imagine the inconvenience and frustration for a large group waiting for the card holder. Management should relook at your accommodation policy.

2. I used Touch n Go to pay for my security deposit. At checkout, one helpful staff assist me to submit the particulars needed for refund. I informed Condo that there was no refund after a week. I enquired and was told the particular given was not acceptable and wanted me to provide a local bank account. Eventually, almost 2 weeks, I received a refund through Touch n Go, after many frustrating exchanges on WhatsApp.

3. We stayed for 6 days. There was only I broom and no dust pan. The Condo should provide a vacuum cleaner so we can do self cleaning. Condo should also provide sufficient toilet papers and tissues for a week stay. Anyway. We bought our own toiletries.
