Sura Inn Ubud

Great place. I actually stayed in the room that's pictured in the featured photo (view from the outside). Staff were extra nice and were interested in helping guests even with the language barrier. Upon check-in, they couldn't locate my reservation and I had to email my Orbitz receipt to the owner, but they didn't make it a big deal and readily made a room available for me.

I rated 4.5 instead of 5 because location was meh. Every part of the room was clean, which was great. The room itself was welcoming and a great place to relax after a trip out. Would I stay here again? Yes I would. They also had a cafe in the front. The food was just alright, but a little pricey for its quality. Otherwise, this is a great budget-friendly hotel!

Good clean property. The owner is pleasing and nice. She will accommodate your request and staff are also nice. But property is with basic needs. No fridge or coffee/tea services. But you can request. No swimming pool though.

I enjoyed the staff and prompt to! But I now just got a bill for $150 for a mattress I had put on the floor for my daughter as they didn’t have a twin bed room ?

냉장고가 없고 방 사이즈는 작지만 룸컨디션도 좋고 괜찮았어요 가성비로따지면 충분히 만족스러워요
1층에 위치한 ipong커피도 맛있어요!

This Hotel is very nicely located on a Main Street heading to Ubud market, and is only about 10 min walk away from the market or a 3 min scooter ride. The Hotel has very nice and clean rooms definitely bang for buck, for the price you pay you are getting a much nicer room! The coffee shop right outside the hotel also owned by the same people makes an amazing cappuccino and Bali coffee, as well as lip smacking good food at a very affordable price.. if I was to visit Ubud again would 100% be staying at Sura inn

Chegamos tarde ao hotel e tivemos um pequeno problema com nossa reserva. O problema foi rapidamente contornado e nos colocaram por uma noite num hotel ao lado de muito boa qualidade.
Os quartos são muito limpos com um bom banheiro com água quente.
A Internet funciona bem.
O café da manhã simples mas muito bom.
O problema é que nem sempre havia gente na recepção para entregar e devolver a chave do quarto.
Indico também os taxistas em frente ao Sura Inn para passeios e traslados principalmente o Sr. I Madei, que sempre nos prestou um excelente serviço.

Great location. Friendly staff. Excellent value. I can’t ask for a better choice.

The room is not expensive and in a great place at ubud, the employers are nice and smiling and helpful .
The breakfast in the coffee shop is a great idea.
But it’s a little noisy (next the street) and the other guests made a lot of noise......they were drunk so maybe it should be better to have a man for the security....
The bathroom was’nt very clean.....the sheet not very clean too....

Do yourself a favour and take earplugs. Not only for the noise from the traffic directly outside but because of other guests.

Rigtig fint sted, som ligger utrolig centralt. Super venligt personale! Der ligger en tilhørende cafe ved hotellet hvor man spiser sin morgenmad. Alt i alt, rigtig fint sted :-)

This hotel is basic not much of amenities. Comfortable for short stay good as a bed & breakfast kind of place. Could do with cleaner towels & sheets as well as getting rid of mild in bathroom. They have a cafe which serves delicious breakfast included in price. The staff is lovely and helpful. Good location near restaurants.

Hotel well located, close to Ubud-Center, my experience was appreciated -- the hotel is a solid choice and a good value, no unnecessary frills, which I like! :-D

The staff were wonderful but the hotel was not what I pictured. Thought it was going to be bigger room was very plane, bed, tv with 8 channels, and bathroom. Paint was chipping in room on walls bathroom sink counter was coming off wall. The staff friendliest made up for it all though.

Beautiful hotel that's was very comfortable. The staff are extremely nice and helpful.

The only issues I had are 1. They gave me two twin beds instead of the queen bed I requested, and 2. I requested airport pickup very far in advance, and the day before they notified me they could not pick me up. It's easy to get a cab at the airport, so no problem.

The room was clean ( compare with other in bali ) very friendly staff, Aircon was working , bath towel and tooth brash . Very nice choose for someone who works and needs a clean room to relax at the end of the day.
Swimming pool is at onother hotel 200m walk ( i didn't visited )
Close to center about 25' walk but if you have a motorbike is less than 5'

Pleasant staff, good but simple breakfast, good location in terms of distance but really noisy because it´s just some meters away from the always crowded road.

Room was clean, shower was great. Hot water and very strong. Room was clean tv but no English speaking channels. Its a little far from Monkey Forest and palace like 20-15 mins but close to many restaurants and shops. Breakfast was a joke. I was still hungry and you can choose one item. You are better off going out to eat in the morning. Cons- water from upstairs shower leaked into my room on the first floor, smell of wet dog in the room, and pipe from the sink was broken. Water went everywhere. And ask for a room in the back. This hotel is on the main drag very busy lots of traffic. ..very loud.
