Pros:

The hotel staff are really the highlight of this property; everyone was very kind and helpful to us. The service was above and beyond. Special shout out to the Concierge team, including Miky, who made sure we had fun plans when ours fell through, and Bob and Frank at the pool.

The restaurant at the hotel has good food for when you don't want to go outside, or just wanted to relax after a day of adventure.

There are free kayak for guests to use, the pool is nice. We'll be happily return to Ramada for our future returns to Vanuatu.

We experienced overall a very pleasant stay in a nice location with very helpful staff throughout. Some small maintenance items such as the pool area need attention to keep up the Resorts superior standard. Be sure you are allocated a room in the blocks along the lagoon not in the rear block up higher which is not very easy to access the pool or restaurant plus it has an inferior view. Blocks three to seven would be best away from the noise of the bar. The quality and price of the meals was on par with Melbourne but expect to wait a minimum of 30 minutes from ordering to receiving your meal. Thanks to the ever smiling staff.

Pros:

Front desk is a joke. No one welcomed us or helped us with our bags upon checking in. Nothing was explained about the resort as well. The resort was not busy at all yet service was always slow or none existent. Shower room constantly smelt like sewage. Asked for buggy rides to the top of the resort a few times and they never came: Always ended up walking.

Pros:

Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We stayed 6 nights in total and absolutely loved it. The food was delicious and the pool was so wonderful to swim in. We could borrow kayaks from the resort and kayak on the river too. So much fun and so relaxing. Thank you for a wonderful stay :-)

A great room and nice enough overall but the "hike" from and to reception is a bit of a downer .... having to rely on the golf car shuttle was a bit frustrating at peak times but the drivers and staff were very cheerful

Check if elevator is working if you can’t walk approximately 2 levels down stairs to the pool and restaurant before you go.

Elevator was not working since earthquake in mid December and can be riatrictive to the elderly or disabled.

When we arrived, the receptionist was already outside waiting for us.
The property is slightly aged, but very neat & clean. Our 2BR did not have a spec of dust and the air-con was already on when we walked in, which was nice.
The pool area was nice with chairs / umbrellas.
My kids & husband went kayaking, but the sea was choppy, so they came back quickly.
We swam in the sea and saw lots of sea cucumbers, NOTE bring aqua shoes as the beach is very rocky and sharp for little feet.
A-la-carte breakfast was great, my kids loved the pancakes & bacon, and I had the acai bowl or massive brekkie burger.
Location wise, it's not walking distance to anything, will need to catch the bus for VT150 each way, to the supermarket or into town. There's a convenience store across the road, but a bit pricey.
Overall a nice stay.

Wonderful place to stay except for irritiating ant
Pros:

Nice place to stay with great facilities. Service at the restaurants and sports bar was great as staff were very friendly and always obliging.

Room is roomy and clean except for ants daily coming into the kitchen. A bit irritating! Apart from that, an enjoyed stay.

Could not fault the Ramada, it was clean, quiet, the staff were extremely friendly, the pool was just the right temperature, dining facilities excellent. The only thing I would like to see is a laundry guests could use (even if they had to pay). There was a service that the Ramada provided (charge per item - expensive).
