Terrace Hotel Subic Bay

Lite veldig sentralt hotel med gåavstand til det meste. Mye for pengene, stort fint rom, god frokost inkludert og veldig vennlig personale + gratis parkering.

Staff were really nice.

The pool was quite nice. Had to ask for it to be cleaned though. Building was poor condition compared to the pictures on the website. There was no hot water. Friendly staff and good service.

Loved the view. We specifically requested for a sea view and glad that it was accommodated.

I loved this hotel but unfortunately, a few things got to me. First, the bathrooms need to be thoroughly cleaned, the shower curtains had mold. Second, hot water doesn’t last. And finally, the breakfast buffet. Needs more flavor and more paying attention too. But I love how cozy and comfortable the hotel is. I also appreciate the staff, how professional and warm they are.

晚上六點辦理入住後，看到房間門口擺放一大堆垃圾沒清(還有很多蚊蟲)，想說出去吃飯完回來應該會處理好，但要出門時發現門關起來時，電子鎖沒辦法自動上鎖，服務員告知要用力關門才可以上鎖，確認鎖上後就去吃晚餐。
吃完回大概八點多回飯店時，發現地上的垃圾還在，馬上跟服務人員反應後才清理，誰知道進房後要將房門反鎖時，又沒辦法反鎖，反應後飯店維修人員在拿工具來維修。
修完之後想說去頂樓游泳，一下水發現泳池水面浮現出很多蚊蟲屍體，馬上起來沒在繼續游泳。
整個晚上一連串的問題，讓入住的心情變很糟。

This Place Was Dirty , Staff were nice , And Gloria the person in Charge I must say couldn't do enough for us , We had our Wedding Reception there , But I Wouldn't Recommend it to Anybody . What the Hotel shows on the internet is not what it looks like , and we are both Sick when we came Home .

the room is nice but the breakfast is not good

They have really good food. The problem was the service. They have two restaurants. One on the roof and one on the bottom floor. The staff cooks for both. Unfortunately the service, with exception of one person, was not there, and I mean that literally. Three different times we had to go up to the roof top restaurant because there was a function at the ground floor restaurant and when we arrived the rooftop, there was no one there. We had to use their own phone to call and ask for someone to come up. At both restaurants they would serve us and disappear, again, that is literally. Except for the one person I mentioned, they would never come back to our table to ask if we needed anything. If we needed anything or wanted to pay our bill, we had to go searching for someone. Also, when we arrived, the room and many areas smelled musty.

Disappointed to be asked at check in for 1000 pesos to enable me to get an early check in despite me requesting it when I booked through Expedia and no mention of any charge. After being asked for the money, I asked if the room was actually available and was told it would not be available for another 2 hours anyway. I refused to pay.
Breakfast very disappointing. Egg chef provided a very poor and greasy omelette. Coffee from machine was like tar. No fresh juices, only machine.

The staff are very accommodating especially the restaurant staff.
Though the rooms and hotel building needs renovation.

Very good location nice clean room staff very helpful

Good location but really, just a so-so hotel. Got 2 rooms. The other one had a makeshift flourescent bulb because the indirect lighting of the room wasn't working. Otherwise it was okay. A bit dissapointed because the App indicated free breakfast for all 6 of us but the front desk said it was for two persons on each room only
