Would recommend this place to all , we had a pool room and it was amazing. Buffet breakfast was fresh ans gorgeous with a ridiculous amount of selection

The hotel was very luxurious, clean modern and very comfortable the location perfect next to a beach the gym next door gives you free membership wish we stayed here longer was so beautiful the staff were lovely and the coffees so superb!
We had a pram and had to carry it up and down stairs to go to the pool or the break area. So it’s not ideal for wheelchair access or prams. Also at breakfast the main lady staff keep asking us so many questions about how many people are staying with us we had a big group of people who booked multiple rooms it was like she was investigating us, keep watching us was very uncomfortable at times. She delivered our food to our room and she walked in looking around the room asking how many children I had I was so confused and annoyed she keep staring at us like she didn’t like us.

It was very central to everything - walk to the beach - easy to walk around / beautiful rooms
It was very close to the nightclubs and if you are a poor sleeper / it would be very loud at night with the noise

Sehr schöner Pool und super Frühstück.
Vor dem Hotel gibt es einen kostenlosen Shuttle, der einen direkt einmal durch Canggu bringt.
Sehr guter Service.
Die Musik des Nachbarclubs ist bis 12:00 Uhr nachts sehr laut. Leider hört man diese auch noch im Zimmer sehr deutlich.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich, fast etwas zu aufdringlich freundlich.
Personal sehr sehr zuvorkommend.
Frühstück auswahl eher klein.
Kleiner Pool und der Strand ist auch nicht so schön.

Very good hotel, 5 stars quality. I stayed as a family of 4 in a family suite. The room was on 5th floor with nice view. I really appreciated the Coffee machine and every day water supply. Kids enjoyed their big beds. The bathroom downstairs was amazing. Bath salt and cosmetics in the room smell so nice!
Breakfast was very tasty. Staff super friendly. Relaxing atmosphere!! Perfect for our 4 days exploration of this part of Island.
The only small flaws that we saw: small amount of chairs by the pool, and noise from the nearby beach clubs that we could hear from the upper level of the room and noisy AC that was hard to set on something else than super cold.
The beach is better than in Kuta but still trash around... but thats not for the hotel to manage. The sorrounding area is good for parties and surfing. Nice restaurants. Definitely a turistic area, with little true Balinese vibe places and higher prices compared to other towns so not for everyone!

The room could do with some extra closet space or shelves in the closets.
It is very close to Atlas club so you might hear some music but to be expected in any Bali beach locations
