バイクも屋根ありに止められるので良い

Interessante para Koriyama
Pros:

O quarto era limpo e o preço razoável para a região.

Cons:

Fica a 20min de caminhada da estação.
Não podia abrir a janela do quarto.
O prédio é bem abafado, pois tudo é hermeticamente fechado. Talvez seja por conta do inverno rigoroso da região, mas seria interessante amenizar isso quando não é frio.
