I had a great saty here!
Pros:

The beds were softest we had had during our trip. The airconditioning in our room was good and the location of the property was great! It was a nice, clean hotel.

Lage ist sehr zentral aber auch sehr laut. Man hat aller direkt ums Eck, zum Strand sind es max. 5 Minuten. Damen an der Rezeption waren sehr nett. Erst war kein Kühlschrank am Zimmer, wurde dann aber sofort gebracht. Internet war sehr gut. Wir haben Zimmer hauptsächlich zum Lagern unseren Sachen genutzt, waren von den 13 Nächten dort 10 unterwegs.

Cons:

Lage ist sehr zentral aber auch sehr laut. Wir waren da selbst schuld, ist im "Partyviertel". Was ich nicht mochte ist der Geruch der Bettwäsche/Handtücher, schon nach Waschmittel aber für Europäer zu süß. Betten waren sehr hart, das ist aber fast überall im Vietnam so gewesen.
Dusche wird erst nach ca. 5 min heiß.

L’emplacement et la chambre est confortable.

Cons:

J’ai eu une chambre avec des fenêtres qui donnaient sur le couloir de secours (spécial). Ça sentait pas mal la cigarette dans la salle de bain.

Сложно сказать, скорее ничего

Cons:

Ужасный шумный отель, в котором идёт ремонт и начинается он с 6-7 (!!!) утра где то на нижних этажах. Стучат сильно, как будто ломают стены. Спать невозможно.
Персонал - отвратительный. Отдали вещи в стирку, испортили половину. Мало того, что решили постирать белое с чёрным, так ещё и пятна какие то умудрились оставить. В итоге вещи - на выброс. Прям на ресепшене и оставили. Никакого решения вопроса, никаких извинений. Более того, обвинили нас в том что надо было сказать, что белое и чёрное надо стирать отдельно. Объехал 20 стран, впервые столкнулся с тем, что прачечной надо говорить, как стирать вещи. В конце спора оба сотрудника нагло солгали, что они свою белоснежную одежду, которая на них, тоже стирают с тёмными вещами и все ок! Просто поразительное хамство. Не рекомендую категорически!

Extremely loud construction work makes the stay stressful
Pros:

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean. Good location.

Cons:

For this price point you can get a much better room. But I had an unpleasant stay because of the construction that's happening. It made being there extremely stressful even when I was awake. It's the loudest construction I've ever head. It felt like it was happening on the floor above my room. But you can hear it as soon as you walk into the foyer. I also tried to ask the staff to help me call the police because my bag was stolen before I arrived. The woman did try to help for a moment. I appreciate that there's a language barrier but when I translated she would speak to her friend and laugh while I waited for an answer, which was always just "later". So I eventually gave up. She was very kind and friendly otherwise, but I found that situation to be a little frustrating.

The staff were friendly and the hotel was in a very central location. We were in walking distance of the beach, and not too far from the dragon bridge (about 30 minute walk).
