F.o.h staff Alison was fantastic!
Pros:

The proximity to the hospital. Perfect for anyone who has an appointment. We payed £10 for late check out (although housekeeping did come and disturb us, and asked why we hadn’t left etc)

Cons:

The mattress! That is the only downside to this whole stay. Myself and my husband both struggled to sleep, we managed a few hours.

Pros:

Breakfast and staff were very polite and I received a warm welcome

Good hotel with friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The staff are always friendly and helpful. Alison was lovely - able to allocate the room I requested and was very helpful with a query about EV charging and the car park. There are some very quiet rooms which I appreciate for a good night's sleep.

Cons:

The water from the shower can get past the glass screen onto the bathroom floor and the shower wasn't highly adjustable, but neither were a problem and I'll be back.

Was okay for our needs.
Pros:

Very friendly staff who were welcoming. Clean room.

Cons:

A typical British hotel, a bit faded and needs money spending on it but it is fine.

Stay ok, breakfast elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Large room, comfy bed, tea making facilities good

Cons:

The breakfast. Served until 10am, 9.30 we went, bits of left over fruit, breakfast burnt and awful, swimming in grease.
The room was up and down several flights of stairs.

Would not return or recommend
Pros:

The space of the room

Cons:

Very tired. Dark and dingey. Room was very dusty, we requested change of room but they were full. So requested it to be dusted again whilst we were out. Price had been inflated due to snooker final, so it was not good quality for the price paid
