Close to children’s hospital
Parking
Very clean. Friendly, helpful staff
The shower temperature was very unpredictable
The proximity to the hospital. Perfect for anyone who has an appointment. We payed £10 for late check out (although housekeeping did come and disturb us, and asked why we hadn’t left etc)
The mattress! That is the only downside to this whole stay. Myself and my husband both struggled to sleep, we managed a few hours.
Comfortable bed, good shower, clean, nice staff
Small room, frosted glass window (why?)
The location
The loud banging of doors all through 1 night
Breakfast and staff were very polite and I received a warm welcome
I am 70 years of age and I was surprised to be allocated a room 3 and a 1/2 flights of steep steps with my suitcase
The staff are always friendly and helpful. Alison was lovely - able to allocate the room I requested and was very helpful with a query about EV charging and the car park. There are some very quiet rooms which I appreciate for a good night's sleep.
The water from the shower can get past the glass screen onto the bathroom floor and the shower wasn't highly adjustable, but neither were a problem and I'll be back.
Very friendly staff who were welcoming. Clean room.
A typical British hotel, a bit faded and needs money spending on it but it is fine.
Big room, quiet,
Poor lighting
Friendly staff and comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Great location.
all was fine but the lighting on the headboards was somewhat harsh.
see above
Large room, comfy bed, tea making facilities good
The breakfast. Served until 10am, 9.30 we went, bits of left over fruit, breakfast burnt and awful, swimming in grease.
The room was up and down several flights of stairs.
The space of the room
Very tired. Dark and dingey. Room was very dusty, we requested change of room but they were full. So requested it to be dusted again whilst we were out. Price had been inflated due to snooker final, so it was not good quality for the price paid
