Late check-outs can be accommodated until 13:00 for a GBP 20. This service is dependent on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
If guests wish to book a zip-and-link bed or a sofa bed, there is a GBP 10 charge per night.

Unfortunately another guest was a problem that evening . But the staff were wonderful and dealt with the issue efficiently and pleasantly . The staff are a real bonus to the hotel and should be recognised for that

furniture had marks and was"tired"
Needed 2 nights to stay closer to hospital. Great location, nice rooms.

The hotel staff were absolutely lovely and very welcoming, they greeted my dog everytime and gave her treats
The bed was really uncomfortable but the other stuff they provided was nice
The price was good. The shower was also very good although the spray did bounce out of the shower tray and onto the bathroom floor.
The hotel was very tired, the rooms did not look anything like the photos. When we got into bed we had to get out and remake it, the mattress cover had been put on sideways so didn't fit. There was no way to close the bathroom door so everything steamed up very quickly.

Breakfast was good value money, great staff very helpful and very professional. The hotel was central to very good resturants and night life would definitely use the hotel again. Well done to all the staff 👏
TV service buffered
Rutland hotel stands in a great position with easy access to shops and amenities. Town centre is only a short drive or bus ride away. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Beds are big and comfortable and breakfast was excellent
