なにしろ便利😀
Pros:

八戸中心街にある。
コンビニも多数あるし
さくら野百貨店もすぐで
地下食料品売場の
お弁当もいける👍

Cons:

本八戸駅から市庁舎あたりまではゆるい上り坂で荷物があるとちょっとしんどい。

安定の1泊でした。
Pros:

飲み会のたびに利用、飲食街にアクセス良好です。
内装工事で以前よりきれいになっています。
駐車場料金は別ですが、それも含めてコスパは一番ですね。
