Pretty modest breakfast, readily collected plate, not chance to choose by oneself. Only tee available, coffee only upon separate request and then instant coffee.
The rooms were badly ventilated and smelled strongly tobacco smoke. The traffic noise was constant as well as the minaret prayer shouts.

The room had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was very uncomfortable for me as a non-smoker. If smoking rooms are available, this should be clearly mentioned in the booking information.
The breakfast quality was quite poor and there were almost no choices available. Basically, it consisted only of bread, boiled eggs, and a few very simple items. The breakfast was far below expectations.
Additionally, guests with light sleep may have difficulties staying at this hotel. The hotel is located very close to a road, and the windows do not provide sufficient sound insulation. Traffic noise could be heard almost continuously throughout the night.

Is için surekli Izmit'e geliyorum ve surekli kalabilecegim bir otel arayisindayim, degisik otelleri deniyorum.
1. Odada belli ki yillarin biriktirdigi çok ama çok agir bir sigara kokusu vardi. Herseye sinmis, resmen mide bulandiriciydi. Resepsiyona inip soyledigimde baska tek kisilik oda olmadigi icin yardimci olmayacaklarini soylediler. Önden neden soylemediniz dedi ama sigara icen birisi bile burada kalmak isteyebilir.
2. Spor salonu buradan rezervasyon yapmam için ama sebeplerden biriydi ama aksam spor için indigimde salonun yandaki otele ait oldugunu ve gorevli olmadigi için kapali oldugunu iletti gececi sorumlu arkadas. Yani spor da yapamadim.
3. Kahvaltisi onden hazirlanmis miktari limitli bir kahvalti. Sicaklar çok fazla yok. Idare eder diyebilirim. Çok beklentiniz olmasin.
Genel olarak Izmit'te bu fiyatlarda çok sayida otel mevcut, baska yerde kalmaniz tavsiye edilir.
Voleurs !!!!!!!! Grosse arnaque !!!!! Nous avions reservé une chambre pour 4 , en reglant sur place la somme de 62 euros .
Une fois sur place , la personne a l accueil nous dot qu ils n ont pas de chambre pour 4 et qu on aura donc 2 chambres . Il ne veut pas qu on le paye de suite . Le lendemain matin je vais pour regler ma chambre il me dit non c est ok avec le site , je suis étonnée car je devais regler sur place . Quelques jours apres je m apercois que j avais eu 2 debits sur ma carte . J apelle le site qui fait le nécessaire auprès de l hotel qui est d accord pour me rembourser car c etait eux qui n avaient pas la possibilité de nous loger . En rentrant en France toujours pas de remboursement je rapelle le site qui prend contact avec l hotel qui ne veut plus me rembourser car on a dormi dans 2 chambres . On nous a jamais dit qu il y aurait un supplément , l hotel ne pouvait pas nous accueillir dans une seule chambre . Je donne un accord de debit de 62 euros et j ai 2 prélèvements merci hotel. Com de cautionner ces actes en laissant faire .
C est du vol et une escroquerie de la part de l hotel.
Manque de suivi et de prise en charge du site .
On m aurait prelevé 500 euros c etait pareil aucun recours .
