Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, room was clean, ballet guys were so nice and helpful caring our bags. Also could make room really dark which is helpful when trying to sleep in😴

Michelle and the valet associate were friendly, helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, good variety and quality of breakfast items, and close enough to walk to the Grand Casino Arena.

We love the location, so easy to just walk around and get to places. Employees are nice and very helpful.

Are used to stay down the block across the street at the Holiday Inn. It was OK. I didn’t like that. They didn’t have a free breakfast when you’re spending that much money for everything including parking and stuff to be where you guys are located being able to save a couple dollars on a continental breakfast is nice. So I tried you guys this weekend for our trip and you’ve got customers for life now.

Cons:

I like staying in that area so the beds were extremely comfortable. The shower was amazing and the staff were great just all around a great experience.

Overall the best experience
Pros:

The staff was so approachable and fun to interact with. The room itself was maintained and cleaned really well. The convenience of the hotel being so close to the venue of the event we went to was a plus. I enjoyed my stay as a whole.
