It was a great stay despite minor inconveniences.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Great location. Lots of activities and food in walking distance. Great views from top floor “sea view” rooms. Delicious breakfast. Clean pool.

Cons:

Was not aware until arrival that valet parking is the only option. Although it is convenient, it’s an extra charge that I was not expecting. Also construction outside made for the water to be turned off at the property. No notice was given so it came as an inconvenient surprise. Our water in the room was out for over 12 hours. Although staff was very apologetic, a heads up or updates would have been nice. There are no vending machines but they do have a small store to purchase snacks if you want to pay $8 for one bag of M&Ms or $10 for a single ice cream sandwich.

Schönes Hotel mitten in der Stadt mit allem was man braucht.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, toller Pool und gute Lage in der Stadt. Der Pool war toll für unsere Tochter auch wenn er 2-3 Grad wärmer sein könnte 😉

Es war alles super.

Pros:

The front desk person that checked us in and was there in the morning was extremely friendly and helpful. The guys doing the valet were quick and and efficient and helpful as well.

Cons:

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my recent stay.

When I made my reservation through Booking.com, it was not clearly stated on the first page that parking was subject to additional charges. Since we arrived with two cars, I specifically asked at the reception about the parking arrangements.

I was informed that there would be a parking fee for the second car. Based on this information, we decided to park the second car elsewhere. However, no one informed us that there would also be a parking charge for the first car.

I believe it would be helpful if the reception staff clearly explained all parking fees and any additional costs at check-in. This would help avoid misunderstandings and unexpected charges for guests.

I hope you will take this feedback into consideration and ensure that all parking costs are communicated clearly in the future.

Could have been great
Pros:

Breakfast was good. There were many options. Room was great except for the people above me!!! I got ZERO sleep. They were stomping around and from what I could tell, body slamming to the floor until 4:00am.
Parking - eh. Valet only for $36. I opted to park in the public ramp across the street.

Cons:

The noise that you could here from the people above my room!!!!!!!! Seriously, I think they may have been all star wrestling up there. They finally quit stomping (walking) around and created VERY loud booms on the floor about 4:00am

Nice people, Nice place!
Pros:

The Staff was AWESOME!! They were professional, friendly and helpful!! The breakfast was good, parking was ez and the room was clean and ice cold in the summer heat! Best location in St Paul!!
