I liked how close it was to the airport. It was a fairly clean room.
The hotel had us down for 5 people but we had to ask for extra towels, pillows and toilet paper.

Facility was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty standard hotel breakfast--good but not great. Excellent location right adjacent to the Tampa airport. Easy to navigate to and from the hotel.
This was easy to book last minute
The two people at the front desk at 5:50 in the morning that we were there, we’re in an all out fight in front of all of the customers. They both behaved horribly. It was embarrassing, and we had to go stand outside as did everybody else. Somebody said it was like the punch and Judy show… Very embarrassing.

El desayuno rico y variado y la ubicación estuvo céntrica
La limpieza me pareció muy superficial, las sábanas olían a viejo no estaba segura que estaban limpias, encontré un cabello en una almohada, entré al baño todo se veía bien pero al ver el inodoro la tapa estaba sucia y entré el interior de toilet estaba con moho tuve que ir a la farmacia a buscar producto de limpieza, al llegar la recepcionista no fue muy cálida y no nos explicó donde estaba el elevador, nos vio dar vueltas salir y entrar confundidos y no sabiamos dónde estaba el ascensor pero jamás preguntó si necesitábamos orientación a mi esposo una persona de la limpieza le indicó cómo funciona el elevador, pienso que la recepcionista debe tener en cuenta todas estas cosas.
