We have stayed here 5 years in a row now on our way out to Vancouver Island. The hotel is pet friendly and very clean. However the price is getting ridiculous. Breakfast was mediocre. With pet fee we paid almost $300. Next year we will try somewhere more economical.
The room was clean, spacious and warm!
The breakfast options are 10/10 and delicious.
Pet fee is $25, which is very reasonable, and easy access to have our pup go in & out as needed.
The bedding was rough - felt sandpaperish. However, we brought our own fleece blankets, so it didnt cause much discomfort. The pool area is great, could use a refresh, but nothing alarming!

A good breakfast
It was clean, the room was an excellent size with great amenities for our family.
The chlorine in the pool was very strong, to a degree that my children were unable to stay in the pool. The hot tub also could have been cleaner better.
The breakfast is delicious. Staff is all so friendly and helpful. We had some leftover food and one staff member made a big effort to help us bring it home, they found a plastic container from the staff room and cleaned it for us. The kids love the pool. The rooms are really big and comfy and the kitchenette in the family suite is stocked with the basics you need. Overall very happy we stayed here for 2 nights during our Jasper Ski tri. Saved a lot of money and had a really great comfortable time with the family and friends. We will be coming again for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The hotel has a very pleasant and welcoming atmosphere.
The only downside was that the breakfast area was not in a separate room.
