Hi Chiangrai Hotel

I excellent staff. Conveniently located.

Hassel free , low contact stay. Quiet andcomfortable.

It was great. But the hotel suffers from being extremely humid like a swimming pool/leisure centre because they have a massive indoor pool. Any time I left the room, felt so humid and uncomfortable.

It is very nice.

Room and bathroom was clean. Location very good. Great value for the price.

A smaller hotel but with excellent comfort, great amenities and a fresh/recently renovated feel.
Indoor pool is in an odd spot in the central atrium but it adds nicely to the European courtyard atmosphere.
Excellent breakfast buffet, especially considering it is a small hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Hi Chiangrai Hotel. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was ok, not great. Breakfast was quite good-especially the omelettes. Star was friendly. The hotel is a bit dated but still quite comfortable. It’s in a good location.

Rooms may need to be updated but we would definitely come back.

Wish they can communicate fluently in English.

Close to night market

A great hotel within walking distance to the clock tower and night bazaar. Our room was comfortable but the air conditioning was not fantastic and any noise from the central pool echoes throughout the building. The staff were friendly and breakfast offered a range of items.

Loved the hotel. Loved the location. Easy walk to Night Market, Clock Tower, bus station, shops and restaurants. Only downside was that the water in the shower was only lukewarm.

It was good for a night or 2 stay. The pool is basically in the lobby which gets no sunlight so is freezing. The room was fine with the bathroom not the best but ok. The sink was super low and the shower was moldy on one side. Shower never got past luke warm. Just a short walk to the wonderful night market/bazaar. Breakfast was decent enough. There is a laundry in the lobby but we just did drop off across the street. To sum it up, it was fine for a place to lay your head for a day or two but it's not a hotel for lounging by the pool or lobby really.

Overpriced! No hot water.
At 5 am the staff started taking loud and banging around getting the breakfast ready.

Overall stay was very good. It's a very convenient location walking distance from night bazaar and many local restaurants and shops. Only down side to the property was that our room had a very weird smell once we steeped into the room and had to open window for a while to get the smell out. Besides that great property staff very nice and friendly and great location.
