One of the best locations to stay in Rome.
Pros:

Excellent location. Our room was well appointed. Service was excellent. We did have the breakfasts which very good. We did eat in the restaurant that again was excellent.

Cons:

We have no negative comments on the property either.

Great hotel, with wonderful staff
Pros:

Great location, close to the forum (although it is a bit of a climb). The breakfast was plantiful and diverse. The shower had good pressure. The hotel bar is nice. The staff is extremely professional and trained at the level that one would expect from such a hotel. Overall, should life permit, will be going there again.

Una bella sorpresa
Pros:

Hotel si trova nelle vicinanze al Foro, al Colosseo - facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. La stanza aveva tutto il necessario, ottima qualità della biancheria da letto ed asciugamani. Star mega gentilissimo.

Pros:

We were closer to the Foro Romano and other monuments than expected. The staff was very nice and we were very comfortable in our room. Acqua di Parma amenities was a plus.
Restaurant and breakfast were amazing, aldo the staff.

Cons:

We couldn't open the windows or the terrace as the chimney from the kitchen was right there

Inmejorable experiencia

Hemos pasado cinco días en este hotel para celebrar las Bodas de Oro de mis padres y la experiencia no ha podido ser mejor. La elección fue todo un acierto: la ubicación es excelente y céntrica, las instalaciones están impecables y las habitaciones son muy amplias.

Desde el primer momento nos sentimos como en casa. Daniel nos atendió nada más llegar, encargándose del equipaje tanto a la entrada como a la salida, siempre con una sonrisa. Ece y Francesco, en recepción, estuvieron pendientes de nosotros durante toda la estancia, asegurándose de que no nos faltara de nada. Diana consiguió que cada desayuno fuera un momento agradable gracias a su cercanía y profesionalidad.

Quiero hacer una mención especial a Valeria, que se volcó para que la celebración de las Bodas de Oro fuera verdaderamente inolvidable. También destacamos a Simone, responsable del restaurante, y a todo el personal que nos atendió en comidas y cenas, ya que el trato fue excelente en todo momento.

Si regresamos a Roma, no dudaremos en volver a alojarnos en el Roma Luxus Hotel.

Hem gaudit molt la nostra estança
Pros:

Personal molt amable i proper. Esmorzar molt complert amb assortiment de productes sense gluten ideal per quan es necessari. Habitacions molt netes i ben equipades. Instalacions comunes molt maques i còmodes.

Cons:

Per a ser un hotel de 5 estrelles està bé, però no espereu un 5 estrelles de superluxe.
