A perfect Rome hotel with outstanding staff, a superb location and service that exceeded expectation
Pros:

From the moment we arrived Roma Luxus made my wife and I feel welcome and special. They immediately helped pay our taxi driver in cash for us which was very helpful because his card reader wasn't working and I only had my card on me. Valeria is amazing. She made us both feel so special and welcomed. She was friendly, attentive, professional and charming. We arrived in the morning several hours before our room would be officially ready but settled us in the restaurant with free coffee and croissants and only had to wait half an hour for our room - which she upgraded us too! She was very sweet. In fact, all the staff were attentive and friendly. The location of the hotel is phenomenal - right in the heart of the city close to all the sights, restaurants and bars. Easy walking distance to all the best places. The road itself is charming and well situated. The room (number 201) had a lovely 4 poster bed with views to the historic church next door - it was magical. We had the absolute best time in Roma and will 100% come back to stay at Roma Luxus for much longer on our next trip.

Cons:

There was honestly nothing we didn't like - the hotel is brilliant, a very nice boutique style hotel with charming staff and perfect location. Make sure you meet Valeria, she's lovely.

Loved everything
Pros:

Location is great, staff is super helpful and friendly, restaurant at the property is also super nice. We even got room upgrade. Was great stay. And Rome is the main star of the show.

Cons:

The breakfast for 5 star is mediocre, not critical but a bit complicated for picky eater 😅

An Exceptional Honeymoon Stay in the Heart of Rome
Pros:

As a young couple visiting Rome on our honeymoon, we could not have been happier with our stay at Roma Luxus. From the moment we walked through the doors, the staff made us feel welcomed and comfortable. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, generous, and knowledgeable about both the hotel and the surrounding area. Their recommendations and willingness to help truly elevated our experience.

The location was absolutely perfect. We felt like we were in the heart of Rome and within walking distance of so many iconic sites, including the Colosseum, the Roman Forums, and the Vittoriano. It made exploring the city easy and allowed us to maximize our time in Rome.

We stayed in the Royal Superior Suite, and it was wonderful. Not only was it a great spot for Taxi pick-up but the room was spacious, beautifully arranged, and had great amenities. One thoughtful touch we especially appreciated was having our water bottles refilled every day, which was a lifesaver during the hot summer weather. The balcony offered a lovely glimpse of the city, and at times it truly felt like we were living among the ancient ruins.

Roma Luxus was the perfect home base for our Roman honeymoon, and we would happily stay here again on a future visit.

Great location and staff!
Pros:

Staff is super nice and extremely helpful! The location is really great being close to the Colosseum and many of the attractions that Rome has to offer. They stocked the refrigerator with water and other drinks.

Cons:

At the time of booking, we requested a quiet room on the top floor. We were given a street-front room that was very noisy, They allowed us to switch rooms the following day to a room on the top floor, but the room was much smaller and really small windows/ skylights. For the price, you should only book a garden facing room.

Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful and cheerful. The hotel is nicely decorated. The location is great. The restaurant in the hotel is open all day and is very nice. The breakfast is quite good. The golf cart service is a very good bonus.

Cons:

Nothing, everything was truly great and I have no complaints.
