Pros:

My wife and I stayed here two nights after our cruise. The hotel is extremely clean and the staff are very helpful and polite. Location is great, close walk to the Trevi fountain and colosseum but still away from the craziness of tourists. It's reasonably quiet at night, never had a hard time sleeping. Breakfast was fantastic and lots of variety. Highly recommend this hotel in the heart of Rome.

Cons:

It was a little pricey but still worth the price of comfort and location.

Great first experience in Rome
Pros:

A small boutique hotel with the most friendly and caring staff.

From the moment my spouse and I checked in the staff were very attentive and accommodating.

Room was very clean. Comfortable bed, a safe and an AC unit. Essentially everything we needed.

The first night we had problems with our AC and a quick call down to reception had someone up to our room within a few minutes. They couldn’t identify the issue so they brought us a portable fan. The next morning we were eating breakfast (great continental breakfast btw with friendly servers), and the women at reception came to us to ask us if their maintenance person could have access to our room to check the AC unit. They were able to fix the unit in a few minutes. Much more comfortable.

The staff also gave us recommendations on places to eat, arranged a cab for our return to the airport and even offered to ask the chef to prepare us breakfast boxes as we had to leave before the buffet was open.

We aren’t needy guests so all of this and their quick attentiveness to the one issue we had was very much appreciated.

If we come back to Rome we’d definitely stay here again. We would also recommend this place to anyone going to visit for the first time. The location is directly in the centre of all the main attractions so walking everywhere was easy, the staff are warm and welcoming, and it was overall a great experience.

Absolute dream!
Pros:

Roma Luxus Hotel was an absolute dream to stay at. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is elegant and charming, and the food was absolutely delicious. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Every single person we met was incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home, always greeting us with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed.
A special thank you to Valerio, the hotel manager, who was absolutely amazing. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care truly stood out and made our experience even more memorable.
