Pros:

Colchão confortável, travesseiros extras, limpeza, espelho de corpo inteiro no quarto, chuveiro, café da manhã muito bom (ovos, salsicha, bolos, pães, frutas…), staff educado e prestativo (principalmente o Adriano), localização excelente com tudo perto (e quase ao lado tem uma padaria aberta 24 horas).

Cons:

Do banheiro. Senti falta de ducha higiênica e secador de cabelos, pois não pude usar o meu devido à diferença de voltagem (no hotel é 220v). Achei o Box muito apertado também. Mas o chuveiro era maravilhoso, sai bastante água e permite regular a temperatura girando a haste.

Pros:

Café muito bom e ambiente silencioso

Cons:

Ar condicionado do quarto 107 parecia um trator massey ferguson, muito barulhento.
O vaso estava entupido.
Cheguei ao hotel no dia 29/03 as 19:30 O recepcionista pouco receptivo e muito menos solicito.
A porta do banheiro não fecha/trava por fora.

Não sei o que houve desta vez, mas fiquei hospedado 4 dias em 2021 com minha esposa e não tive nenhum problema semelhante.

De tudo, o que mais gerou incomodo, foi o ar condicionado barulhento e o vaso sanitário entupido.
