Love Cielo Maya! A very satisfied returning guest
Pros:

So quiet and peaceful, very helpful staff, incredible snorkeling, beautiful property right on Tankah Bay. Very safe for a solo female traveler. Great wifi speed, restaurants and cenote in close walking distance.

I will definitely stay again but hope to find a better price . My booking was last min so I paid 860 for 4 nights a litt
Pros:

Quiet more intimate setting away from tourists traps. A few small restaurants with in walking distance and other activities.
Ocean front was amazing and wonderful staff extensive friendly. Free Breakfast was good with different eggs Mexican style, pancakes or fruit with coffee. Small bar on site for cocktails.

Cons:

Fridge didn’t work but they do provide ice
Jacuzzi tub jets wouldn’t come clean I tried to flush out a few times wouldn’t recommend using it

I did notify cleaning not sure that they understood

Water takes a few minutes to get hot at first thought no hot water but it actually eventually gets hot which is a lot better then a lot of places in Mexico. Not a deal breaker at all

Cons:

Den Bewertungen vorab muss ich mich anschließen und das Frühstück kritisieren. Die Auswahl aus Ei oder Ei ist wirklich nicht gut gelöst und auch nicht reichhaltig. Nahezu jeden Morgen gab es Diskussionen oder Verwirrung der Gäste.
Zwar konnten sich andere Mahlzeiten von der Karte bestellt werden, die fingen jedoch bei > 10€ an für zb einen Pancake… Abendessen/ Mittagessen viel preislich ähnlich aus.

Pros:

Great location, very clean, wonderful food and staff. We felt very welcomed and safe. Great water for snorkelling, kayaks and SUP are provided . The nearby Cenote is wonderful for swimming in.

Cons:

The noise from other guests was a bit loud at times but all was quiet over the night. The beach is very rocky so not great if you want to paddle at the shore but there is a dock with stairs

Pros:

The hotel was at the beachfront, pretty, big and nice room, big and pretty bathroom, has a nice seaview. Near to the hotel the is a pretty cenote, animals and birds visit this hotel.

Cons:

Breakfast are poor, we can't swim in the ocean from the frobt and from the bridge because the are a lot of stones.

Schöne Lage. Schöner Außenbereich. Mehr auch nicht
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Strand, der am Hotel breiter ist als an den anderen Hotels links und rechts. Zu erwähnen ist hier dass der Strand außerordentlich gepflegt wird. Morgens wird gerecht, liegen gereinigt und schön aufgestellt, Algen beseitigt und auf Sauberkeit geachtet

Cons:

Spieglein spieglein an der Wand, so ist das Restaurant der schlechteste Spiegel des Hotels. Qualität und Sitzqualität in Verbindung mit unmotiviertem Service. Kein Wunder dass kaum Jemand im lieblos gestalteten Restaurant war.
Bein inkudierten Frühstück bekam man eine Karte aus der man bestellen sollte ohne Hinweis darauf welche Speisen wiederum inklusive war. Wir mussten dies über die Rezeption klären. Es gab auch nur 1 Tasse Kaffee , eine weitere musste man bezahlen und in top wollte man dazu 15 % Service Tipp . Wir fühlten uns derart schlecht behandelt und gedemütigt dass wir entschieden am nächsten Morgen lieber gar kein Frühstück zu wählen.
Anschließend möchte ich noch erwähnen dass der zimmerservice an 2 von 3 tagen nicht in der Lage war frische Handtücher zu liefern weil einfach keine verfügbar waren. Hier mussten wir mehrmals täglich an die Rezeption und im Handtücher bitten die dann am letzten Tag erst bei 3. Nachfrage um 17 Uhr gebracht wurden. So einen schlechten Service innerhalb eines Hotels habender tatsächlich noch nicht erlebt.

Nice place if you want some calm in the Tulum area
Pros:

Nice small hotel
Nice view to the ocean, big room, nice staff

Cons:

The beach is not the best in the Tulum area.
A little far from Tulum, you need a car or a taxi to get there
