Location was very convenient. Very spacious unit and the staff was very responsive.
Nothing to note, although, not at the fault of MSP, you can hear the party goers being loud on the streets.
The location was perfect! So close to the mountain and shops, restaurants and food trucks. The apartment itself was perfect for our group. A family of 4 adults. The heating was amazing and everything was great, from the comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, apple TV, Netflix etc. etc. There were 3 bathrooms which was so good! We had some trouble with our dryer which took a couple of days to sort out but eventually the staff found us a solution. The rooms were big and overall it was great accomodation for our group.
Communication with the staff was a bit tricky. The email address and what's app number provided in the book in the apartment didn't seem to work. As it was self check in there was no reception as such. The only way I could contact them was via the email they sent me when confirming my booking etc. We had a problem with our dryer not working and while they eventually sorted a solution for us, it was a few days after we had the issue.
Liked the heated floors, big heater and lounge kitchen set up
It was just a bit further away from Grand Hirafu lifts…but still walkable even in ski boots
