Good transit option if you are driving and need to spend a night in Burgas. You do need a car but remember taxis are affordable and easily available.

Staff is friendly and helpful, terrace is pleasant for a late nightcap..

Solid, dependable, easy on the budget

Staff very nice, food lovely.

Down sides from our 1night stay are:
1) Half way through eating our meal we was told to move tables from outside to inside as they had a business party to host (we was 5mins from finishing our meal) no one turned up for the party till we was finished & leaving.

2) The balcony was very dirty, had to pick up liter and cigarets before our two year old went out there.

3) cigarets left in the ashtray on our balcony.

4) The mattress in room 31 has collapsed and has a sunken hole in it.
This had ruined my back the next morning.

Based on a 3-night stay: a convenient hotel somewhat at the city's edge but useful for doing radial trips out to marsh and salt-pan areas for bird watching and walking. Rooms are snug, fairly quiet if not facing the highway, and the owner quickly allowed comfortable chairs for working at the desk to be substituted for the stools provided. Breakfast options: around 5 different ones; dinners were good, especially salads. No lift.

Great hotel at a good location! Extremely friendly staff, nice breakfast and easy going in general. Some cons: parking is not great, rooms can be slightly noisy and AC did not work.

Fint hotell, god service, rene rom og bad, men air condition fungerte ikke, så vi måtte sove med åpent vindu. Noe som gjorde det umulig å sove lengre enn til 05:30 pga. den tungt traffikerte veien rett utenfor.

Very friendly staff- especially Galina. She’s always helpful. Very good location.

The hotel was very cosy, modern and clean. Excellent breakfast and nice restaurant. Very easy to find. The staff is very friendly, polite and really responsive. Some of the rooms have really nice sea view. We will definitely come back again.

Hotel Milano is a nice well kept privately owned small hotel. The breakfast has variety and is good, rooms are clean and staff are very helpful. There is a pleasant outside dining area, too. The air conditioning was great! The few downsides of the property is the size of the room with one double bed, no chairs, and no hooks to dry towels, and the platform bed (with no foundation) was too soft for me. The mosquitoes can be bothersome. A small investment in citronella candles would help and make the outdoor seating more romantic.

These otel is simple, comfortable,
good location not far, good value, wonderful staff, but needed renovation AC, beds, and doors. Good location for shopping centres and big park morska gradina.. i love Bulgaria..

Very nice. Easy to get to

Very easy to find when coming from the north, which is the side of Burgas where the airport is located. Modest forecourt and frontage to the road, with a larger cleared area next door for extra parking.. Reception was welcoming with very good English. Rooms are located over two floors with no lift. The front looks across the road to a park area, the rear is rather more built up. The room itself was of good size with two large twin mattresses on a queen size base. Pillows were a little wanting if you need greater support. Breakfast was functional, peach juice would appear to be more in vogue than orange juice in Bulgaria. The hot food servings could be a little slow to be replenished but were freshly cooked. Overall a very good experience at a good price.

Small good clean hotel. Not so close to the sea , 25 min. To walk, but close to the park Primorsky.
