Es waren zwei erholsame Tage, ich komme gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Büfett war sehr reichhaltig, gut dekoriert, vielseitig und schmackhaft. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und ruhig. Das Personal kompetent und freundlich. Gutes Abendessen.

Cons:

Schmutziges Geschirr hätte zwischenzeitlich abgeräumt werden können. Auf dem Zimmer war ein Trinkglas und ein Flaschenöffner, aber keine Flasche Mineralwasser. Minibar gab es nicht.

Heerlijk ontspannen in fijne omgeving
Pros:

Mooie grote kamer met een goed zitje. Fijn balkon en middagzon
Heerlijke fluffie Duitse dekens.
We hebben lekker gegeten en een goed wijntje erbij.
Ontbijt goed verzorgd, om de 15 minuten bijgevuld.

Super Hotel mitten in Willingen mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen
Pros:

Sauberes und geräumiges Zimmer. Gute Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet. Kostenlose Parkplätze neben dem Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Schlecht geführtes Haus
Pros:

Die Räumlichkeiten selbst sind einstmals sehr geschmackvoll angelegt und eingerichtet worden. Insbesondere auch das Schwimmbad. Parkplatz direkt am Eingang.

Cons:

Check-In hat nicht gut geklappt. Ich musste lange warten und meine Buchung ist erst nicht gefunden worden.
Das Hotelpersonal war weniger freundlich bis unfreundlich und machte teilweise einen ungepflegten Eindruck.
Mangelhafte Deutschkenntnisse.
Keine Minibar trotz anderslautender Angabe bei Booking.com.
Sauna hat nicht geklappt. Obwohl bis 21 Uhr geöffnet, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie spätestens um 19 Uhr 30 zur Verfügung stünde. Ich habe mich sehr beeilt mit dem Abendessen, um rechtzeitig da zu sein. Zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit war die Sauna aber kalt. Das hat mich sehr verärgert.
Kleines und unbequemes Bett.
Frühstück: unterer Durchschnitt.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas hellhörig (es handelte sich wohl um ein Durchgangszimmer, nur mit Tür zum Nach barn…)
