Pros:

半露天風呂の部屋に泊まりました。
部屋は広く、清潔感もあり1泊だけだと全てを堪能することができないくらいでした。
アメニティ類も申し分なく、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディシャンプーがあのブランド…
また是非泊まりに行きたいです。

部屋は清潔で広くセンスも良くて感激しました。食事もちょうど良い量で洗練された盛り付け、味もどれもおいしかったです。
また、食事の時間は雲海を見ながらできたり、幸せなひとときを過ごせました。温泉の質も良く、肌もすべすべです。貸切露天風呂や貸切岩盤浴も無料で利用できるのも嬉しいサービスです。

特別室に泊まったのにチェックアウトの時の対応が悪かった。朝食の時間も遅すぎる。9時か9時15分と言われて9時でお願いしたのにきたのは9時30分くらい。
お料理はとっても美味しく感動したのに残念でした。

Amazing ryokan and onsen
Pros:

We had to arrive super late due to multiple travel issues, but they were still incredibly nice and accommodating despite that. The ryokan was gorgeous and the onsen was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed feeding the koi in the morning. Would highly recommend this location to anyone wanting a quiet place to stay and enjoy the mountains. Our whole group left happy.

由於甲府市往笛吹市路面擠塞，所以比預設到達時間遲了，到達時已經是18:40，服務員顯得不耐煩，還要我們18:45開始晚餐，當時我們連入住的程序還未完成，5分鐘之後就要食晚餐，相當不合理，而且職員沒有解釋預約私人風呂後，原來要到前檯再取鎖匙，反而保安員更有耐性指導客人！房間陳舊，浴室部分設在室外，有古怪的氣味，還好我在初秋入住，冬天的時候真的不知道怎樣洗澡！

一間具有歷史歲月的溫泉旅館
古色古香的擺設還有許多精美的裝飾品看得出來曾經輝煌過
不過或許一直沒有翻新，所以ㄧ些設施開始有老舊的感覺
精緻的地方料理屬於日本的傳統，不過口味偏鹹
不過步行到周邊的餐廳吃飯，倒是非常的方便
