Красиво място, адски недомислено и неудобно, а студиото под всякаква критика, мръсно, климатик няма.
Pros:

Вкусна храна, но малко персонал, пълен Хаус и заринати маси. Страшна какафония.

Cons:

Малки басейни, много хора, неудобно спа, тоалетена далече, няма кафета или барове до всеки басейн, човек едно кафе и вода не може да си вземе. Всичко е Съпер разпръснати и неудобно

За обновяване е , леглото не е легло а поставка за матрак, оцопудването на кухненския бокс не беше удобно и старо

Pros:

Здравейте. Много ми хареса обстановката в комплекса, тишината, храната, изобилието от плодове.

Cons:

Като сериозна критика бих искала да споделя, че през целия ни престой- никой не дойде да почисти помещението, в което бяхме настанени и съответно-да смени спалното белъо, което някак беше овехтяло. 2 пъти помололихме на рецепция. Но никой не се отзова.

Pros:

Staff is good, everything is clean

Cons:

Apartmant was leaking in shower, and was generally poor made. Pools are small. Only 3 saunas.
Food is edible but not good. They should make better food. At first glance there is lot of options, but they repeat same meal with little difference. Food is below expectations.

Стаята беше хубава и чиста, храната разнообразна. Водата на басейните беше доста топла, дори и на тези на вън. 🏞️

Не бяха сложили в стаята ни халатче за детето, а видях други деца на басейните,че имаха.

Vores værelse var en del slidt og vi fik kun skiftet håndklæde hver 3 dag. Enkelte personer i reseptionen var meget lidt hjælpSomme. Især en dame som vedholdende påstod at vi havde fået det værelse som vi havde bestilt. Det selvom at på nøglekortet stod på et forkert navn og periode. Efter en del snak fik vi den rigtige lejlighed.

Super awful value for money
Pros:

It's a great location and big potential.

Cons:

The food was bad, bland tasting and even spoiled. The staff didn't speak bulgarian. The apartment was dirty and during our 3 nights stay I had to ask reception for toilet paper and to throw out the rubbish, because staff did not come to clean or ask if we need anything. The bathroom drain was clogged and the boiler was not working. I asked for extra coffee for the room, which I was happy to pay for, but I never got it. Our stay was supposed to be all inclusive, but I found that the choice we had was very limited when it comes to drinks. The coffee machines available in the restaurants were constantly empty of milk or coffee and the coffee tasted horrible. The juice machines were also empty. On top of everything, to go to the gym we had to pay. Lastly, during a storm, the ceiling was leaking water.

We were staying with our baby and the lift was not working properly, which was a huge inconvenience. The access to the spa is difficult, the lifts are tiny for a stroller and the pools are above 160cm, which made it impossible for me to swim with my baby comfortably. Also, there is no kids pool.

Overall, horrible experience, I will not come back and I do not recommend.
