ממליץ מאוד על המלון קומפלקס מטורף פירין, נהננו מאוד עם המשפחה 2+3 ילדים.
הכל היה פשוט מעולה, דרך הנוף המטורף במקום עם יערות אורנים והרים מושלגים, האוויר הנקי, המתקנים של בריכות וספא פשוט מפנק עם בריכה מקורה 25 מטר מחוממת וסאונות מגוונות.
שאפו גדול לכל הצוות בדלפק הקבלה ובחדר האוכל, כולם מחייכים, חברה מאוד נעימים, מסבירים הכל ברוגע, עוזרים ונענים לכל בקשה.
הרמה של הדירה בינונית, יש דברים שטעונים לשיפור, אבל עבור המחיר שסגרנו, היה מקובל ובגדול לנו לא הפריע, כי באמת רב הזמן היינו בחוץ.

עשיתם את החופשה שלנו למושלמת 🙏♥️

Чудесна природа и гледки. Чудесно поддържани зелени площи и градини. Абсолютно занемарени стаи

Cons:

Стаите са много остарели и захабени, имат нужда от реновация. Персоналът е любезен, но на басейна няма кой да ти донесе едно фрапе. Трябва да отидеш до ресторанта и да си говземеш сам, но това не е много близко.

В България сме! Персонала трябва да се научи да говори български, малките деца няма как да си поръчат дори вода! Ходиме редовно,но сега нивото е много ниско, дори храната. До преди 3-4 години посещавахме с удоволствие, сега няма нищо общо !
