The most amazing, relaxed and quiet stay
Pros:

Upgraded our room, gave us a bottle of wine and fruit platter
Location Is excellent and walking distance to lots of places
Staff responses are super fast.

A great hotel
Pros:

The hotel is great and the location is very convenient , I had a problem with the noise from the construction next door which is not the fault of the hotel, however after moving twice, they upgraded me into a wonderful suite and left a complimentary basket of wine and fruit for me, which was not expected at all

Felt like a VIP
Pros:

The bar and club lounge in particular were fantastic. So attentive to detail and proactively looking after your needs. Wonderful! The band were amazing as well!
