The hotel is great and the location is very convenient , I had a problem with the noise from the construction next door which is not the fault of the hotel, however after moving twice, they upgraded me into a wonderful suite and left a complimentary basket of wine and fruit for me, which was not expected at all

The bar and club lounge in particular were fantastic. So attentive to detail and proactively looking after your needs. Wonderful! The band were amazing as well!
