Pros:

Дуже зручно, затишно, чисто. Готель знаходиться прямо біля станції монорельси, 15 хв до ханеди, та 15 хв до станції токіо. Персонал ввічливий. Є всі зручності. Є номери із дозволеним палінням.

Cons:

トイレをよく使ったのですが、水を流したあとタンクへの給水が止まらなくなる場面が何度かあった。もう一度レバーをあげて水を流せばとまるのだが、給水が止まらない場合はずっと音がしつづけ音的に気になるのと、水大丈夫かな？と心配になった…そこが一番気になった。

This toyoku inn never disappoints
Pros:

Quiet area but still in the city. Fast checkin, handy shuttle bus plus breakfast has improved since last visit, one of the better budget hotels in tokyo.

Cons:

Elevators can be busy during breakfast and close to check out.

良かったのでまた利用したい。
Pros:

品川駅からの送迎バスが有難かった。
基礎化粧品の準備があってよかった。
朝食付きなのに宿泊料金がお値打ちだった。朝食開始時間前に出発予定だったので前日にお弁当を購入。近くにお値打ちに買えるスーパーがあって良かった。

Cons:

部屋が湿っぽくて臭かった。
