Good hotel for visiting TUMSAT University. Not the best for touristing, far from the station

I would go out of my way to book with Toyoko Inn again.
Pros:

Shuttle service helps a lot. Only wish I knew it existed and where the stop was before taking the 20 minute walk from Shinagawa Station with my big azz luggage.

Cons:

I heard a lot of planes go by in the evening when I was hanging out in the garden lounge. But don’t let that dissuade you from booking. The rooms at night are dead quiet. Must be sound proof windows, or simply no planes in that flight path late night.

I would definitely stay here again if I am in Okayama. Excellent value!
Pros:

This was a very easy walk from the monorail station, less than 5 minutes.
The breakfast was wonderful;, many food choices & lots of seating.
Staff was very helpful for a non-native speaker
Amenities (toiletries, slippers, pajamas, etc.) were nice!
Plenty of outlets for charging our devices in the room.
WIFI was solid & easy to connect.
Very quiet, absolutely no problem with noise.

Cons:

The bed was too hard for me & the pillow was even harder. In spite of that I slept pretty well.

Hotel para ir al aeropuerto / negocios
Pros:

Se nota que es un hotel para gente de negocios. Está cerca del tren que lleva al aeropuerto, aunque también creo que tienen un autobuse privado que ofrece ese servicio.

Cons:

El check-in no te lo hacían el personal, aunque había mucho por allí, lo tienes que hacer tú mismo en una maquina y no te explican nada. No nos dejaron entrar a la habitación hasta las 15:00h aunque llegamos 10 minutos antes tuvimos que esperar. En el desayuno se juntan muchísimas personas y solo dan desayuno oriental. Es un barrio muy tranquilo, pero no hay apenas tiendas, ni restaurantes, ni nada que hacer. Para cualquier cosa te tienes que alejar muchísimo ya que estás en una isla.

Value stay in Tokyo with shuttle bus and breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is located near Shinagawa Station, and there is a free shuttle bus that transports guests between the station and the hotel. Do remember to take a photo of the bus schedule, as the shuttle runs at specific timings. The room was spacious, with enough space for luggage. Alternatively, luggage can also be stored under the bed. Amenities were sufficient, and sleeping wear is provided at the lobby area. Cleaning service is also available. There is complimentary breakfast with a good variety, including Japanese options as well as breads and pastries. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you are travelling to Tokyo.
