Pros:

駅から近いしお手頃な値段だしチェックインもチェックアウトも簡単で部屋も綺麗で気になる臭いも全然なくて快適でした！朝ごはんも美味しかった！

Cons:

タオルが少し汚れてるのに当たっちゃったのがちょっと残念でした。

Nice place for a layover
Pros:

The room was comfortable and the morning breakfast was excellent. We didnt explore the area because we only stayed one night as a layover before heading south. They have a frequent shuttle to the main station which is great, they may have a pickup as well but we weren't aware of that so we walked. It was about a 20 minute walk from Shinagawa.

Cons:

Nothing, it was a nice stay.
