Would probably recommend but not if your uncomfortable sleeping in the heat as aircon is ineffective
Pros:

Staff are lovely and very helpful. Pool is nice and a good size

Cons:

Aircon doesn’t really work and room/bathroom has a weird smell because of the drains

Comfortable and pleasant
Pros:

The staff was so kind and helpful. The rooms are simple but clean. The location is on the main road that passes through the island so paved roads everywhere. There’s no breakfast but just across the road (10 sec walk) is a good place to eat. They also have a pizzaria on their own land which is very tasy. To Rent a bike, go to the amazing people at Zen Motor at the beginning of the street, and you’ll be able to explore the island easily.

We had a very pleasant stay and felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. The entire staff was extremely kind, polite and helpful, always available whenever we needed anything. They asked us several times to simply let them know whenever we wanted our room cleaned, which we really appreciated. Everything was clean and tidy, and we could see that the staff put a lot of effort into keeping the pool and outdoor areas clean and well maintained as well.

The location is very convenient, and the staff helped us with recommendations and organizing different activities around Gili Trawangan, including helping us find a scooter and giving us useful information about things to do on the island. There is also a laundry service just across the street, which is very convenient, as well as an excellent restaurant directly opposite the property.

Considering the price, we think this accommodation offers very good value for money. What stood out the most was the hospitality of the staff — everyone was friendly, respectful and genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Besitzer hat mich immer beim Namen angesprochen und mir ein Fahrrad und das Wäschewaschen organisiert.

Cons:

Während meinem Aufenthalt gab es nur Salzwasser, allerdings lag das an der Wasserknappheit.

Power point hanging off wall in bathroom and not fixed. Old property poor maintenance. Towels were like cardboard.

location confortevole in zona tranquilla a dieci minuti dalla movida del porto.

Cons:

ultimo giorno alla partenza dovevano chiamare i taxi alle 7:15. peccato che a quell'ora non ci fosse nessuno alla reception ed abbiamo dovuto cercarli da soli.
