Comfortable stay for a family
Pros:

As a family with 3 kids, it is hard for us to find a room in a hotel to fit us all. Here we had a full house with 2 bedrooms, a living room, 2 toilets and lots of space and comfort for all. This was the main big plus for us.
The food, both breakfast and dinner were good and the facilities were nice.

Cons:

The SPA is quite small and not very clean

Spacious villa with a mountain view
Pros:

Huge and clean villa with a private parking place. Access to swimming pool was nice. Restaurant serves variety of foods and everything was tasty. View on the mountains was amazing.

Cons:

Some elements would need refreshment, but overall place is great.

Pros:

Great stay with a peaceful vibe
Pros:

We spent a week here and really enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We stayed in a Junior Suite on the 4th floor, and the mountain view was just stunning! It was very comfortable for us and our child. The rooms were cleaned every single day, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.
The food was great throughout the week with plenty of variety, especially the traditional local dishes—those were a highlight! Also, soaking in the warm mineral water at the spa every evening was the perfect way to relax. Even for peak season in February, it didn't feel overcrowded.

Cons:

The only downside was the ski logistics. Since it’s a bit far from Bansko, relying on the shuttles at 8:00 and 9:00 AM was tough because that’s when the lift lines are at their worst. We ended up taking a taxi (€20) after 12:00 PM to skip the queues and had a much better experience. It would be amazing if the hotel could add an extra shuttle later during the busy season

I would never return there. And I don’t recommend.
Pros:

The overall look of the place is good. However there were many minuses when it comes to convenience, food, location.

Cons:

We booked 4 nights ans stayed for 3 nights just because we could not even wash ourselves with clean water! The water in the bathroom and in the kitchen was muddy. Stuff explaied that this is normal since it rains. This is unacceptable. Absolutely not what we expected. We were with our 7 months old and 4 y o and to not have access to clean water was beyond unacceptable.
We were located in a villa.

The rooms were warm, however the living room was chilly. They gave us an additional convector which we had to charge in one of the power sockets. Then when I tried to use some of the other 2 power sockets (fir my work laptop) they were not working! Missing power sockets next to table, in the kitchen, in the bedrooms made it extremely hard for me to work, dry my hair, or have the baby tools powered.

Bathroom was overal clean, however the dispenser did not work, there was durt in the edges of the cabin.

There were ants everywhere!! Many ants! So if you are with a child, who is afraid of bugs, prepare!


Spa section is overal fine. Nothing special. It is small. One of the saunas did not work. Pool is too small.

Food was not somthing special. I could even see how they remade the leftover food from previous day.

Will definitely revisit the resort
Pros:

The room (in the main building) is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The sauna and pool area is large. The food is very good, both if you choose halfboard or a la carte. There are indoor and outdoor kids playing areas. The massage service is very good. Almost all staff speak English. There is a shuttle service to (2 rides in the morning) and from (2 rides in the afternoon) the ski sloapes. There is room cleaning daily.

Cons:

In winter, you don't have anything to do in the neighbourhood and you are car dependent to get around to the ski area, groceries or Bansko.

Pros:

Extremely welcoming and accommodating staff, spacious rooms, nice swimming pool. The pizza restaurant is also very nice.

Cons:

The food in the main restaurant was a huge disappointment - limited choice, greasy dishes, the grill also had very limited items. Same for breakfast - stale bread, soggy eggs, limited fresh fruit.

The pool, while very large and clean itself, was in a dingy, mouldy space with very old lounge chairs.

The kids corner was a nice service, however none of the daily activities outlined on the schedule were actually happening.

Overall not good value for money - many things need to be updated and improved to justify the current pricing.

הגענו למלון בשעות אחה״צ . קיבלו אותנו מהר ומאוד יפה ושלחו אותנו לארוחת ערב מקסימה במסעדה שנמצאת במלון . קיבלנו שני חדרים צמודים כמו שביקשנו עם נוף מדהים לעיירה . הצוות מאוד מקסים כנ״ל הצוות של המסעדה
במקום ספא מקסים עם בריכה מחוממת
המלון ממוקם בעיירה ליד בנסקו ( 8 דקות נסיעה ) מקום מאוד שקט והחדרים מאוד גדולים
למי שאין רכב המלון מציע הסעה לבנסקו הלוך וחזור בחינם לאורחי המלון
היה מאוד כייף נהנינו מאוד
