Pros:

Das Essen im Restaurant war exzellent, egal ob Fleisch, Burger oder Salate.
Auch der Service war herausragend und sehr bemüht, etwaige Fragen oder Probleme schnell und zuverlässig zu lösen.

Cons:

Die Frühstücksauswahl war sehr eingeschränkt und Ei-lastig (alle wählbaren Gerichte) und es gab keine veganen Alternativen.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal und schönem Restaurant. Sonderwünsche wurden problemlos erledigt. Sehr nahe am Phalaborwa -Tor gelegen. Ideale Ausgangslage.

What a gem of a property
Pros:

What a prime location, close to everything, rooms are comfortable and got everything you need. Amazing game viewing and Spa facility a must do.

Pros:

we had a fabulous stay. Good service, beautifull food, perfect room. Nice to coming out off the Kruger park and just drive a few meters to Bushveld, perfect location to visit Kruger National Park.

Cons:

Zes jaar geleden hier ook geweest en we waren toen heel enthousiast dus daarom nogmaals geboekt. Hoewel het een heerlijk hotel is, is er wel het e.e.a. veranderd en o.i. geen verbetering.
Toen was er een zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en nu is dat op bestelling van een kaart. Vanuit eventuele verspilling gedachte nog wel begrijpelijk maar voor een extra kopje koffie of glas jus d’orange bij het ontbijt, als je inclusief hebt geboekt, moet worden betaald. En als je een omelet besteld dan zit daar geen toast bij en daarvoor moet ook extra worden betaald. Niet vanwege het geld maar als ontbijt is inbegrepen vinden we dat toch enigszins vreemd.
Bij boeking stond dat de luxe kamer uitzicht had op het zwembad. Uitzicht bleek echter op het bos aan de zijkant van het gebouw met een veel kleiner zitgedeelte en geen tafeltje op het balkon.
Bij receptie verzocht of zij voor ons een starttijd konden regelen op de plaatselijke golfbaan doch dit wilde zij niet en we moesten het zelf maar telefonisch regelen. Beetje jammer want bellen met mobiele telefoon (via Nederland) is niet erg economisch.
Ondanks dit alles toch een prima verblijf gehad maar of er een derde keer in zit betwijfelen we.

Once again, we had a wonderful stay at Bushveld Terrace Safari Hotel, Lodge & Spa. The setting is beautiful and tranquil, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and unwind from the moment you arrive.
The food was excellent, beautifully prepared, and consistently of an outstanding standard. Every meal was a highlight and clearly reflects the care and attention that goes into the dining experience.
The overall ambiance, warm hospitality, and attention to detail make each visit truly special. Bushveld Terrace continues to impress and remains a place we return to again and again. Highly recommended for a memorable and luxurious experience
