Komfortables Hotel mit leichtem Zugang zum Krügerpark.
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang. Das Zimmer konnte noch vor der Zeit bezogen werden. Großzügige Unterkunft mit Terrasse und allem Komfort. Blick in den Busch.
Frühstück und Dinner werden auf einer der Terrassen zur Straße hin nach Karte serviert. Gutes Essen. Romantische Beleuchtung. Warmherziger und aufmerksamer Service zu allen Zeiten.
Bushveld Terrace liegt direkt am Phalaborwa Gate. Die toll gelegenen Restcamps Letaba und Olifants sind von da gut in Tagesfahrten zu erreichen. Kurze Fahrt nur vom Gate zum Sable Dam mit Beobachtungsunterstand und dem Masorini Rastplatz. Viele Elefanten.

Cons:

Die Polster auf den Liegen am Pool müssten dringend ausgetauscht werden.

Sehr empfehlenswerte Anlage direkt am Krüger
Pros:

Wir haben die beiden Übernachtungen im Bushveld Terrace Safari Hotel sehr genossen! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer geräumig und sehr sauber, das Restaurant sehr empfehlendswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist zudem die ausgezeichnete Lage zum Phalaborwa-Tor des Kruger Park, sind nur ca. 300m! Wir haben ebenfalls direkt im Hotel 2 Safaris gebucht (top!) sowie das sehr empfehlenswerte "Braai under the Sky": In 16 Tagen Südafrika und vielen guten Steaks waren diese die Besten!

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für den Kruger National Park

Das Bushveld Terrace Hotel war für uns der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unseren Besuch im Kruger National Park. Die Lage ist wirklich kaum zu übertreffen: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Phalaborwa Gate, sodass man den Park bequem und ohne lange Anfahrt erreichen kann. Gerade für einen frühen Start zum Game Drive ist das ein großer Vorteil.

Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet und bot alles, was wir für einen entspannten Aufenthalt benötigt haben. Die gesamte Anlage macht einen sehr gepflegten und einladenden Eindruck.

Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns das Essen. Sowohl die Qualität der Speisen als auch die Zubereitung haben uns positiv überrascht – definitiv eines der besseren kulinarischen Erlebnisse auf unserer Reise. Nach einem langen Tag im Kruger war es wunderbar, direkt im Hotel hervorragend essen zu können.

Die Kombination aus komfortablen Zimmern, sehr gutem Essen und vor allem der außergewöhnlichen Lage macht das Bushveld Terrace zu einer hervorragenden Wahl für alle, die den Kruger National Park erkunden möchten.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
