Staff does not speak English, Elevator is too slow
The hotel has great pools, water slides, and the spa services are quite reasonably priced. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner in the buffet was good too.
the hotel is kind of in the middle of nowhere. If you don’t plan to leave the hotel it’s fine, however for lunch the buffet was closed and the a la cadre restaurant food was pretty overpriced and poor quality. so I recommend going into the nearby village to get lunch.
All the thermal facilities were really great and fun. My room had lots of space and I was given plenty of drinking water every day. It was a refreshing time at the hotel there.
A few days after arriving, my friends and I all started experiencing diarrhea and some other problems... I'm not sure whether to put it down to the food, the water we swam in or even just traveller sickness... But it wasn't great leaving there with a belly ache.
When I tried to lower the temperature on the air conditioning I don't think it change anything. The AC did work reasonably, but I couldn't adjust the temperature really.
