Full of character, totally comfortable and wish we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

Beautiful character property. Gorgeous decor. Walkable from train station. Friendly staff. Continental breakfast included.
Very comfy pillows

Cons:

A little bit of confusion accessing the hotel but this was sorted by help staff very quickly.

Quirky combination of bar and bookshop, very stylish property with its own guest lounge and an lovely garden. Large room, cool style and comfy bed. Amazing pub with rocking chairs and fireplace just across the road.

Room was lovely and comfy. The hotel is brilliantly located. Staff were amazing, helpful, friendly.

Cons:

It's harsh, but we couldn't find the lock to enter the code. The numbers listed picked up and helped us immediately, so all good in the end.

A homely place in an authentic part of of town very close to the pier, the city and beach.
Pros:

The location was spot on. Addington st is a great area with a grrat view overlooking the pier The hotel is cute, feels very cosy, homely. The house has lots of character and the team was super lovely. It s very easy to get into town. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.

Cons:

I found the breakfast good but very basic.
