Pros:

Generally an Awesome place to stay!

Cons:

Lower value ratings were based on services. Felt the bar was understaffed for the number of people there. Long waits for food and drinks. Also, the valet was not present to help when we showed up. The wait to get someone to assist was also unusually long.

Fabulous rooms and location only slightly let down by the lack lustre check in .
Pros:

The location and the room was extremely spacious , well equipped and tastefully decorated and furnished . We wished we had stayed for more than just one night it was that nice .

Cons:

Reception staff looked as though they would ratter be somewhere else…. Not exactly welcoming . The security guard checked us out though and he was amazing …maybe he can teach the receptionists how it should be done !

We celebrated my daughter’s 30th birthday and it was perfect. I can’t wait to stay again. The beach was truly amazing. This place has everything you need.

The Hotel looks like nothing like the images it is very rundown and not taken care.

Basically a 2 star resort at best. We left immediately even thought we paid in full for 4 nights with nor refund given
