I was charged for a room that I didn't even stay in very racist place misleading rood gang reacted people that works their this'll be texted everyday till they refund my money

This place is horrible through and through!
Front desk made checking in impossible. I understand there's certain procedures when booking with "bookings" but the way the "manager" speaks and handled everything situation was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable.
For starters I accidentally booked a "smoking" room when calling to ask for an earlier check in I was informed it was a smoking room. Due to my asthma l let them know I couldn't stay in that type of room. The front desk told me I HAD to call bookings they couldn't change or help. I was able to get customer service to email the manager SHE CONFIRMED VIA EMAIL THEY CAN CHANGE THE ROOM. When i physically got there to check in I let them know I had a smoking room but they changed it to non smoking. The "manager" said
"who did because I didn't" with the nastiest and most aggressive tone of voice I turned to her co-worker and stated "oh I'm sorry someone confirmed it was by email" that's why they employee turned to her manager and said
"you sent an email" the manager rolls her eyes and tells me she needs me ID. As I hand my ID to the manager she rudely tossed my id on the counter and shouts "this isn't you I can't except this" apparently booking used my maiden name instead of my new last name. "Oh girl what are you doing" I ask if there's any way she can honor it since it's my maiden name (l've never had any issues before). She tells me to call bookings and figure it out. I get in contact with bookings again and have them make the changes I go back to the front desk and she her booking sent me an email confirming the details have been updated and I show her.
She aggressively turns her computer and shouts "do you see this! Yeah this!" She pointing to a screen I don't know how to navigate..

Pros:

The room is carpeted, which traps bad odors and hair from dogs or other pets—it's all over the hotel carpets, the room, and everywhere else. Honestly, it's disgusting; I do not recommend it.

Cons:

It’s fine to say breakfast isn’t included, but not even offering a coffee is truly ridiculous.

Happily Never After
Pros:

We have in the past only had good experiences. This time was no different until the last day and night. I was home feeding our cats. We are right in the middle of remodel and purchasing a new car simultaneously so we opted for a little staycation close to car dealership. Everything was as it once was. The staff was lovely as they always had been. The hot tub actually hot. The room was relatively large and perfect for the small stay.

Cons:

The last night my partner was removed violently and told he was to never ever come back again. That he was a drug addict and that the traffic of people was outrageous. Two goons apparently came to remove him as he was just sitting watching tv after a long day of back and forth with the dealership. It’s only been he and I and really mostly just him as I am home with our cats. I can not believe what I heard. My partner was in tears practically. Completely humiliated and told he was on a do not rent list since 2019. I’m excuse me. Do they have the wrong person. That is impossible because we didn’t ever stay there until 2023 as recommended by my mother. I’m appalled. And quite honestly. I’ve had many conversations with the staff in all the shifts possible and have had a solid rapport every time so my feelings are quite hurt over this.

It’s good for the price!
Pros:

It is clean, the pool/spa is very nice and clean too.

Cons:

It needs to be updated and there are stains in the furniture, floor, walls and shower. It could be a very nice hotel with some TLC.
