The lication, room and service were excellent
We had to change room assigned upon arrival because of bad odor. Regretably we were downgraded to smaller room instead of replaced or upgraded. The substitute room was otherwise fine.

Perfect location in town, right in the middle of the old town.
My room was very quiet, good size, with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom, all functional and clean.
Breakfast (inc. in my rate) was nice, with several choices, both savory and sweet. Good coffee too!
After check-out, I was able to leave my bags in their special locker while waiting for my late pm flight.
Very friendly staff - welcoming and supportive.

A boutique hotel in a historic building with a modern design in the center of the old town and close to everything of interest.
I arrived in the city for my birthday and mentioned it when booking and the hotel staff, who were nice and welcoming throughout my stay, took me into consideration and upgraded my room to a higher level, to a spacious room with a nice view of the historic street but very quiet.
Everything feels relatively new and of high quality and you even get 2 pastries as a welcome gift.
The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had many quality toiletries and everything you need for someone who forgot something at home.
The room was cleaned and tidied every day, breakfast is served in the beautiful and historic basement, the variety is limited but very high quality and I enjoyed it very much.
In short, I really recommend the hotel to anyone who comes to travel in Vilnius
Location, in the heart of the old town. Very good breakfast buffet, although it lacked enough rotation of offering. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Great on site restaurant with Japanese menu
The glass shower screen could do with better cleaning to get rid of watermarks.
The standard rooms that are on the top floor can have a sloping roof ceiling that somewhat restricts movement. No mini fridge in the room
Exceptionally helpful staff and central location on pedestrianised Pillies street, five minutes’ walk from Cathedral Square with great restaurants nearby. Large comfortable quiet room (we upgraded to a business room). Good breakfast buffet. Ten minutes’ walk to beautiful riverside botanical gardens.
Прекрасный дизайн, идеальное расположение, очень дружелюбный персонал. Помогли с городской парковой и оплатой. Останавливались не в первый раз. Приятным сюрпризом было повышение категории номера до самого лучшего, с роскошным букетом цветов, всё было идеально!

Exceptional hotel! The staff was truly amazing! So kind, welcoming, and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful (our was upgraded) and really clean. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! There is not a better location in Vilnius Old Town. Highly recommend this lovely hotel and extraordinary staff!
