Great hotel for a short weekend stay by the ocean
Pros:

Proximity to the beach/boat loading area, how quiet it was and yet close to all things necessary. Staff were great, food options were good too.

Cons:

We could not find the staircase from the 2nd or 3rd floor down.. in case of emergency, it looked like we have to use the elevator down. It wasn’t marked anywhere where the exit through staircase was?

Not great value overall (consider safety)
Pros:

Decent location walkable to the marina and Cheesecake Factory, valet parking included in price.

Cons:

Safety was an issue. King room was on the ground floor directly looking at the parking lot, so easy access from street without passing through the hotel lobby. Even rooms on higher floors did not require key card to access the elevators. Room itself had color changing lights and too many mirrors which felt tacky.

I liked the location and the tub on the patio , the restaurant was good too

Cons:

I didn’t like that my room was dirty and had to request 3 times to have it cleaned only to have to move rooms at night

One of my more comfortable hotel stays.
Pros:

Location was excellent. Coffee in the room was very good. The restaurant had a lovely outdoor seating area, which was quite comfortable.

Cons:

It was very expensive.
